Jim Arrington5Sarah and Brittany are GREAT to deal with. They are friendly yet are true Professionals when it comes to customer service. I have had several times that I have needed service with my business account and handling my mothers account during these tough times of COVID 19. I can say noting but praise for our local branch of Bank of the James.
