  I usually call the Amherst Office whenever I need banking help. At times I stop by the branch, they call me by name. I always feel good when I go into the branch to be so welcome. I have never had any question or problem that could not be solved by telephone or in person. Jenny Jones, Branch Manager and staff do an outstanding job for their customers. As you have always done, please keep banking a personal relationship.

  I am absolutely appalled by the way this bank conducts business and treats the clients. I can't believe they are even allowed to be in business considering they don't follow regulations for authentication, handling claims, foreclosures procedures, death in the family procedures and even more. I'm very disgusted that they are even allowed to still conduct business and scam families

  Just a great place to do our business and personal banking!! The representatives at the Amherst Branch have always been friendly, available and personable. It's like visiting with extended family :) Thanks for all you do!

  Absolutely amazing service. The ladies here are incredibly friendly and fantastic at their job. Every single time I need something, they are more than welcome to help me. If you ever have a problem they always check with you to make sure it's fixed!

  I would like to start off with the Wonderfully Amazing Staff Jenny , Christy, Rob & Sarah , thank you all for being kind , helpful and informational whenever I have a need . Stellar customer service ! I am overly Impressed with the quickness of every transaction I have ever processed . I truly wish everyone could have the same relationship with their bankers as I am lucky enough to have with mine . Thank you all for taking care of my family & myself .
