      They went woke to WeStreet Credit Union with genderless characters from an already "inclusive" but very professional name of Tulsa Federal Credit Union without asking it's members what they thought of the change. Go woke go broke, people will find other credit unions.

      If your reading this trying to decide, don't. Do not open an account here. This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. The lines in drive thru are terrible. Literally takes 10 minutes to simply withdraw money. Customer Service is absurd. And there rares are not any better than the next credit union. Worse fees, and the only thing the mobile app is good for is to look at your accounts. I have waited for over a week for a call back from someone at this bank. Nope. And if you call, push 6 right away or you will cycle thru their system a half dozen times before talking to anyone.

      I love my Credit Unions! They have always been there for me since my Marine Corps days. They are not a bank, so don't expect them to act like one. Great personal service, especially for LLC business accounts, which some of the bigger CU's don't do.

      Have used this bank for several car loans. The loan process is fairly easy. The difficulty in setting up automatic payment for the loan is frustrating. If you want to set it up through their application or online, you have to transfer money into a savings account then auto pay to the loan from the savings account. The only way to actually pay the loan directly is to fill out paperwork in the branch. On my third car loan with them, they didn't process the paperwork correctly and kept paying on the previous loan that should have been closed because we paid it in full when we sold our old car. They also started pulling payments for the new loan. I had to go to the branch location twice to get it fixed because the first time the employee didn't resolve it and apparently put no record in that I requested it be fixed. It finally got fixed, and now there are no issues, but it shouldn't take 2-3 months to correctly close out an old loan and get payments set up on a new one. It should be business as usual.

      While I have nothing but good things to say about the interactions we've had with the staff, the product is simply horrible. I have moved quite a bit over the years and have banked with a few different places, this is quite possibly the worst. They have no overdraft protection from savings to checking, they apply debits before credits, and their training is not very good because we were told several times we were getting something we later found out was not possible. This is just naming a few of the issues we've had with them, I could go on but I'll just leave it at, if you value your money, don't bank here.

      Tulsa Federal Credit Union is the BEST place to bank in the Tulsa area! This is their new location. It's vary spacious and beautiful. They are ALWAYS helpful with any question I've had.
