  This bank's online banking takes the phrase "no frills" to a whole 'nother level. No balance shown after each transaction. No images of deposited checks. In the year 2019. Nuff said.

  All staffs are not kind and don’t know how to get customer service. Terrible place!!

  The staff are very friendly and I love how they do their best. In particular, the manager always helps customers with a bright smile.

  Do not use it at all. It is very unkind and does not take care of your guests at all. I can not even tell you if you call my headquarters. After all, I had to call my headquarters and handle it. Others, like me, have been doing this continuously. And there is a woman who has a hoarse voice, it is very unfriendly without laughing at the guest. This is not one or two times, so I think other people should know about the situation. I emphasize that not only me, but also others are saying these words and leaving them as representatives.
