  Called this branch and got a person to pick up the phone after 1 ring. That was after calling 3 other branches in NY (Manhattan/Queens) only to have the phone ring multiple times, eventually going into silence and having the call cut off. Thank you New Jersey Branch!

  Really, Mr. Kong, you are the best~ From the day I asked how to do banking business when I went to Korea to live in Korea, you have been very kind to me so that I can take notes in my notebook on how to deal with problems that may arise from Internet banking to Korea.
