      Please clean your ATM in the drive thru. Always super disgusting and filthy, even during covid it was a mess. Also it ate my cash that I deposited and was very hard for me to get that money back to me. I had to call chase numerous times and after about a month they refunded it to my account. The workers inside are professional and helped me as much as they could with that situation.

      Came to our appointment 5 minutes early to learn they took another customer. Waited 20+ minutes after our appointed time to be able to speak to a representative and then took 50+ minutes to create a simple account because they kept making mistakes even though I communicated clearly. Avoid this place and find another bank.

      Chase has officially positioned themselves as cryptocurrency hostile and no longer allows purchases of crypto. Find another bank before you get locked out of the future. This location is average, no real complaints about this branch specifically.

      worst customer service of all time bank itself has great reputation however, employees are ignorant very rude. instead of customer service it sound like they are reading text book while looking at you and helping you why do i visit branch if they sound like robot and acting like robots it's better off calling them. I wish i give - stars if possible and i wish people can hear and feel what i feel they are robbing you by using there policy and there are no human connection what so ever I'm so frustrated by their reaction a to help me (more like they don't wanna work) Hope someone really read this post and think about what they are doing I can not stand how they talk specially new Spanish lady who doesn't understand the issue and keep repeating the policy over and over am I the only one feels this way? never had this feel toward to and bank or any institutions better clear their acting otherwise people will be turn and look for other banking services

      recently i closed checking account do to lack of customer services. i had same issues others having like the customer service talking tome like they are reading off of book or something. My issue can be resolved easily, but instead she kept talking about the policies and rules. Listening to her about 5 min. I couldn't handle or listen so i ask her to close account and she sound very glad to hear from me saying "sure i'm glad to help you out" is she insane???? well i don't like to be treated that way and I guess they like people with money. well I don't have a lots of money but i do use a lots of online banking so there you lost customer never return nor refere to my friends

      I'm a chase checking account holder for 10 - 12 years plus. Used to use the Ridgefield NJ chase bank in my town but it's too crowdy. And the reps and managers were not customer oriented . Ever since I started coming to chase branch in pal park I took the idea of closing my check account out of my head . It's the best bank I ever been it . There's people inside that's sole job is to smile and greet and say bye to you. Everyone here Is like how all employees should be when u go in the perfect bank in your mind. On top of that , their ATMS inside are so cool. Seem super high tech . The perfect bank is chase in pal park NJ. Whoever is in charge here is a genius who knows how to make banking customers happy. And to top that all off. Coffee machine on your way out . By exit door. 5 stars bank branch , best I ever been in.

      I would never come to this bank again. Waited and waited for a bank teller. People were waiting...but many workers there were just chatting rather trying to help customers. Friendly? Big No. I strongly do NOT recommand you to go here unless you have patients. Go to other Chase banks around.

      I just want to say a huge thank you to John Kim who is the VP of Private Client Advising at this Chase branch. He sat down with me, gave me a crash course on how IRA's work and what steps I should be taking to plan for my retirement funds. He was honest, patient and I walked out knowing exactly how it works without any prior knowledge! I could see the excitement in his face when he realized I was understanding and you just can't fake the light in someone's eyes when they love what they do. Thank you so much and although I've moved an hour away, I will continue to make the trip up to work with John for my banking needs.

      This location has friendly staff who are able speak Korean. However, if you are waiting to see a representative in the cubicle, the seats are very limited and waiting time can be very long (30+ minutes). I felt like people who came after me were called in before me. Very disorganized. I wish they had take-a-number system for waiting.

      I went today on jan. 13 , 2018. To make a withdrawl at their drive through teller window. I asked for a slip and an asian lady said sure. Then a blonde white lady comes to the window and said she could not complete my withdrawl because my account was overdrawn days ago for -4.81$ I had at the time 2,300$ AVAILABLE balance exactly. And wanted to withdraw it. The blonde white lady in her mid 40's was probably the manager. And I feel wronged by this lack of standard service. I was then given a "sorry" sarcastically, and pointed at going to an ATM . Avoid this palisade parks branch, how hilarious is it that I was told I cant withdrawl money from my checkings account because of a negative 4$ balance i had days ago that didnt even incur a overdraft fee because its under 5$. And was made positive days ago.
