  I have been using them for almost two years now and they are great people. They have helped me through the loan process multiple times. Dustin Scott is the man to go to if you need any help when it comes to loans. Every time I walk into the business I am greeted with a friendly face. The people who work there really seem to enjoy what they do and are always super helpful. So if you are looking for a bank that truly cares about customer service then look no further. It’s a small town feeling bank that is able to handle any of your banking needs.

  Iv been banking at Bank of Cherokee County for over 5 years and they have always been great. The customer service is amazing and the employees are attentive as soon as I walk through the door. They make me feel so welcome I feel as thought we’re family. On a plus side they still give suckers through the drive threw for the kids! Wonderful bank I would definitely recommend.

  I’ve banked with Cherokee County for many years now. Dustin Scott has been our family banker for quite some time. Dustin has not only went above and beyond for my family, but has continued to meet our personal banking needs, and never disappoints! Bank of Cherokee County is a well known bank, they are extremely professional, and friendly, like a Bank should be! 🙂

  I switched to Bank of Cherokee County from Bank of America in 2017. I was tired of the fees and wanted a bank that wasn’t fee based. When I tried to close my accounts with BOA it took me almost a full day and three different branches. Each kept telling me that they were too busy to see me (even though they were empty). Long story short, I’m extremely happy I switched. BOCC is a relationship based bank, not fee based. I have my mortgage with them and some of my investments through their Super T Account. I have a direct line to Cody who does a majority of my work for me and it’s convenient and easy every time. Highly recommend!

  I do my business at the park hill branch and always greeted by name and always treated with respect and royalty. It's just like family when I walk in the door and I have noticed that everyone is treated the same, at any branch . I am a small business man but you would think I am the Pope, I have visited all the branches and they are always there to help! They are professional and courteous no matter who you are! Park hill branch is so convenient for me , I couldn't Imagine banking anywhere else awesome home town bank to do business with ***** 👌

  The representative Ashton T is the absolute best! Bank Of Cherokee County definitely made by far the best choice when they hired her on. She knows her stuff. She is very productive & if she doesn't know the answer she is speedy to find the answer for you! I highly recommend Ashton for anything & everything!

  Exceptional service from Dustin Scott, from the beginning to end! Honestly probably, the very best I have ever experienced in dealing with a bank. He knew exactly what he was doing and was there through the whole process. Dustin, simplified things and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.   I used to bank at Armstrong for years. An I switched to bank of Cherokee county. Dustin Scott made the transition very easy. I couldnt imagine banking anywhere else. I know if I have any questions, he is just one phone call away. Friendly atmosphere

  There is a representative named Ashton Thurman that I’ve seen at a couple of different branches (probably because she she’s far superior to all other employees) This woman always provides above and beyond customer service. She has given valuable financial consultation to me and several of my family members. She consistently has a can-do, positive attitude which makes it a pleasure to deal with her. She cares personally for each person that walks through the doors and provides a one of a kind experience that cannot be matched.
