  Everytime I come to use this bank they are always closed time to pull my money out and go to a bank that is open until 5

  Mr. Condit, so very sorry about your experience. That branch has Drive-up Windows open until 5:30pm Monday through Thursday, and the lobby is open on Fridays until 5:00pm with the Drive-up Windows open until 6:00pm. Hopefully, that will help. Have a wonderful weekend!

  Bank of Charles Town Hedgesville, Martinsburg, Charles Town locations provide superior customer service. All of the employees greet you with a smile always. Their online banking is very easy to use and the deposit operations in Charles Town are wonderful. Whenever you have a question they are quick to help you with very little hold time. In the branch locations, even if they are busy, they acknowledge you and let you know they will be right with you. When the management at both branches passes through the lobby, they as well acknowledge you and with a smile. The customer service is superb and they offer services to help everyone in every situation in life. I am so blessed they are close to home and every time I leave I receive great customer care! Lastly, BCT is outstanding in the support they give the community. They are very generous in supporting the youth at the annual Berkeley County Youth Fair! Thank you for your generosity to our community! Well done BCT!

  Some managers/loan officers are more professional than others. Personal life and problem should not be a part of loan closings. Furthermore, After applying for a new construction mortgage and paying for draws on a new construction loan, manager/loan officer was rude when it was time for a check to be cut (notice was given). We did not have these issues at CIty national bank when dealing with construction loans. A plus for BCT occured when a teller made a mistake, and a manager was made aware of the mistake. An apology was given to me and my husband for the inaccurate late/penalty fee.
