      There’s a lot of bad reviews on here but today I went in and had a pretty good experience. We didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed us in and the woman who helped us, Elizabeth, was very nice and informative. She gave us all the info we needed and walked us through different types of accounts.

      It was nice to meet Karla at this BOFA brunch. She is very professional, kind and helpful person. She provided us with a great professional service, fast and accurate, nice atmosphere, cordiality and honesty in service without unnecessary questions and doubts.

      BOA is the worst bank ever and their customer service is just as bad. I'd cancel but I can't get through to do it. Constantly on HOLD. I got to this branch and Im told I cant cancel and Id have to wait an hour to be told that. Thank you LESTER (MGR) for nothing.

      The worst customer service with an unprofessional banker and manager. The poor attitude and indifference to serving the needs of the customers starts with leadership at this branch. We had a closing on our house and we needed to wire funds for the closing. The representative told us since we don't have an appointment, they can't help us. The banker bluntly said that they are busy and basically you're on your own. We explained that we just received the wiring instructions that morning so we didn't have time to set up the appointment, the representative told us to go to another BofA. We talked to the manager and we asked which bank would be able to help us, and she said she could not help us find another bank and to use our app and look it up for ourselves. It was as if we were inconveniencing them because we did not have an appointment. Anyone who has bought a house knows how stressful it can get and we were in a situation where we needed help in meeting the deadline for wiring the funds. This was a unique situation and instead of working with us and trying to understand our need, they basically ushered us out and told us to go find another bank. We went to another branch and even though they were busy, they told us to have a seat and they would try to fit us in because of the urgency of our situation. We were able to send the money in time to close on our house. We have been using BofA for over 20 years but after this experience, we will consider taking our business to a bank that actually wants to help and serve their customers.

      I have never experienced such a horrible service at any bank, came in on 4/22/21 just before 11:45am, there was 1 super slow teller servicing lobby and the drive up, there were cars waiting in the drive up and a line of people waiting in the lobby, the manager came out of his hiding place and instructed people to stand directly on the red squares on the floor....there was no apology for the wait, no attempt to help anyone.....waited 15 minutes and left, the line has not moved at all. Very disappointed

      Can not find words to describe their terrible service! I’ve been going to their branches for over 4 years, on a regular basis, and all I can tell is that the service did not improve a bit. Long wait time and very inefficient management. I would strongly recommend firing the managers and hiring 1-2 tellers who would do the hard work instead.

      The worst hours of operation, service and one lane drive through! No idea how this location is not able to handle a huge volume of customers at once ! Despite they still won’t let anyone into the lobby, where other banks are already taking customers into their lobby! I understand pandemic completely! If no mask no service. Horrible horrible. I wonder why the location used to be on Dundee rd and Arlington hts rd is permanently closed.

      Worst customer service. Was in line at drive up window for about 20 minutes and only one car got through this entire time. I gave up and went to drive up through which I find out was not working. Gave up. Since pandemic the customer service has been horrible. Need to open lobby and have more employees helping. Will not go to this branch ever again.

      After sitting in the drive thru for five min I decided to use the lobby since there appeared to be no hope of being waited on. As usual, one teller, and that was it. Seven people waiting in line. Waited another twenty minutes and finally left. The teller serviced one person during that time. This is the worst run bank branch I have ever seen. When I complained all the staff did was say it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they could do. I will never be a customer of this bank again.

      The website shows this branch is open 9 to 1 Saturdays and 9 to 4 Monday thru Friday. What a joke! I pulled up to the drive thru and the sign indicates the hours are Monday tgry Friday 10 to 4
