  Worst bank ever TCF may be better! Put 1200 on the atm for them to tell us oh we are sorry but you have to wait 10 business days to get your money what kind of bank does that ? One that is bad and steals from the customers who keep it open! When we call all we get is people who speak no English and sound like a broken record I’m sorry I’m sorry please wait the 10 days STOP BANKING SO THEY CAN CLOSE DOWN THIS IS WRONG! And won’t give no credit or allow over draft even tho I have direct deposit!

  Calls go unanswered (6 days of attempts) system attempts to connect you to Citi call center which isn't working either. Closing accounts, by far the worst service in a bad industry

  Terrible customer service. You can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. They don’t know what they’re doing when you go in. They needed to open several accounts in our name before getting it correct. They are also extremely sexist and only asked and answered to my husband. Do not go to this bank.

  OMG!!! I just spoke to the rudest person ever!!! Who happened to be the branch manager at this location!!! I called to see if they are running a special and because I called from my work number (I work for a different bank) the guy told me that he can see where I call from and will not give me any information, while I am a client of Citi Bank as well, I offered to give him my info so he can look me up and he told me that I would need to come in, when I asked him if the branch is open regular hours, he told me that if he answered the phone, then YES...… I would love for someone from corporate to get in contact with me so we can discuss this incident further!

  This bank is the closest to where I live. I went there again today and the sign STILL says temporary closed. How TEMPORARY is it when it's been months and every other one is open!!?? Now I have to drive out of my way with my kid in tow JUST to take out my rent money and quarters! VERY FRUSTRATING!! Otherwise I've never had any problems with this location as I've been banking with them for 22 years.

  My wife went to the bank today to see the teller. We arrived at the bank at 1 pm to find the bank closed. They told her that the branch was on break to 1:30 pm. However the sign on the window said they were closed 1:15 to 2 pm. Very difficult to do business with Citibank.

  I went in to open a line of credit, and they were very polite, easy to work with, and accommodating from the moment I walked in. They disclosed options and operations thoroughly, and Smita was very quick and efficient in setting up the account I wanted. While waiting for a fax, I was approached by another employee to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my customer service so far. It was a very positive experience overall.

  I went to cash the check that was given to me by their customer and their answer was we do not cash checks if you don't have an account with us. I did it many times with different banks I guess I have to stay away from Citibank checks, this is ridiculous!!!

  Before reading any reviews. Pick up the phone and try to call them. If you can reach them after 50 phone calls, I'll edit my review. I applied for a home equity line, after 100's of empty promises and me providing ALL all my paperwork that was needed on the 1st day, I'm in the same place as I was 2 months, which is no where. They don't answer any of their phones, the reps never work, the manager promises to call back but never does. Try calling them before you read any reviews. You will see for yourself. Want a bank account? The service will be the same.

  Bankers are just sitting and waiting for an appointment to come in. We just wanted to add another person on the account which wouldn't even take 5 mins and they wouldn't even take us in!!!
