  What a great bank! It was a busy Monday and the bank was super busy. The manager Daniel Hughes was incredible. He made sure to greet every person who walked through the door and address what they needed. He went above and beyond for my husband and I AND every person who walked through the door. He looked like a multitasking master. There is no better bank manager around I can guarantee you that.

  The tellers at this branch are the best! They work alone and sometimes without extra help, however they are kind and professional and still treat you like you are special.I would not have the patience, they all need a raise! $$$

  We had documents that required a notary for a real estate sale so we went to the Mount Dora branch of BOA. We were greeted by the manager Daniel Hughes who was so accommodating! Although we did not have an appointment, Daniel said he would fit us in ASAP and that is exactly what happened. Joe took such good care of us and I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help. We recently moved to Mount Dora from Fort Lauderdale. The branches in Fort Lauderdale are a dark pit compared to our experience in Mount Dora.   I have tried to contact them for two day over the phone with no answer all day. I went in to see the manager regarding a local business check that was made into my account and teller stated fund would be available the next day. I went to check balance and a hold was placed on funds then they sent me email later that night. Manger said he would look into he never called me and he stated he doesn't have any one to answer phone.

  Took forever in the drive thru lane trying to deposit cash to my checking account. Longtime customer, 30+ years and honestly service was not that speedy. Very disappointed but they finally got my deposit. I keep a sizeable sum in this bank with several accounts, would expect faster more efficient service than what I got.

  Bank really is no help at all when it comes to speaking over the phone. Let it be customer service or this actual building you will never reach anyone. I had a question about my account and called 10 times with no answer. Called customer service with no answer as well. I just got this account ad I'm already going to close it and get a different bank. I really do not recommend this place to anyone

  Terrible customer service at this place walked in to get help on a check that’s account is at this location and the lady said that they have no customer service for me because I don’t bank there. Bank of America is the worst bank I have ever seen or delt with. Would never do business with them. What a joke couldn’t believe the lady told me there is no customer service for me there.

  They have no customer service. you can not close or open an account with them. if you schedule a time to come in and do so they put it out 2-3 weeks. Who wants to wait that long to do your banking. You also cannot talk to a human, its automated or nothing. It is ridiculous, if you can go into a grocery store or other bussiness', you should be able to go into your bank.

  This bank has the worst customer service of all banks. Closes most all locations due to " covid" and unless you have an ATM card, you can not get to your cash. Drive thru's are closed, the lobby is closed and nobody to help you. I'll be making future deposits at another bank who values their customers! I hope you have to close permanently! You're useless!

  No one ever answers the phone. Forget the automated customer service number. I'm not a BOA customer, but I do have a security related question regarding an unexpected transaction (deposit for acct verification) with my own bank. Can't get in touch with anyone at BOA to get this straightened out. I can't imagine what their customers goop through.
