  Live in this area and saw that the facility was obviously closed today, Wednesday, 10/7/20 during normal business hours. I do the majority of my business using the ATMs, and they were operating. Nevertheless, I thought it was rather odd. I called and the message said the bank was "temporarily closed." Hope it's not a precursor for a total shutdown of the facility...I've noticed a steady decline of the humans in the building recently.

  Worst bank ever especially this location went there multiple times during the week at 3p and they already closed their doors but they were supposed to be open until 4. Also no one ever answers the phone there. Longest lines with employees sitting in the desk and only 1 teller actually doing their job. I will be switching banks they are the worst!

  The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I went in to open a business account on a Friday afternoon and only had to wait 10 minutes to meet with an account specialist. While I was waiting I witnessed several difficult people come in with their issues. The branch manager was there at the desk by the door and help each person with a smile. So thankful to live close to this location. Very pleased with the great service.

  This location is great if you have nothing better to do than be just a number, wait in line an unreasonable amount of time. Every time I go to this bank to make my boyfriend's deposits , I'm here 20/30 minutes and it's not even busy. They dont acknowledge you unless your one of those Merill Lynch customers. Two weeks ago I visited this location drive thru and literally was stuck in the middle of two cars for 20 minutes. This is no exaggeration as I had taken a picture as a joke because today the drive thru was open. I was told by another bank location that eventually all bank of America locations will no longer have drive thrus because of all the fraud. It is the most inconvenient process to get out of the car just to make a deposit. I do not bank with Bank of America for various reasons , my father also pulled his over 100k out before he passed . My boyfriend does not have a atm card for his own reasons , so I'm forced to walk inside , I dont mind helping him but I hate the service I get . Back to the waiting 20 minutes. At some point the teller should have told the customer before me to come inside once realizing it was going to take a considerable amount of time. When it was my turn, no one was at window. I continued to ring the "call" button. no one showed up after 5 minutes of waiting, I went inside expecting a huge line out the door. Nope , an employee was working on a night deposit by the drive thru window, and two tellers were helping a customer each. My God...how difficult was it for the lady counting money to come to window when the call button was ringing . To say "one moment" be right with you? " Or can you come inside? Nothing. I was next in line. After all that time. Was now 30 minutes since taking that picture, the teller told me the account number was missing. My boyfriends business stamp, with address and I had his Visa card with name on it. His social , DOB Said she couldnt search his account for liability purposes. Geez . Putting money in , not taking out. Hut anyhow, my bf got me his account number. There was never an apology for my wait. I told the teller that they shouldn't have the window open if they arent able to accommodate the outside customers that I had spent over 35 minutes to make a deposit. Not even a bit of remorse or a "sorry for the wait" I will get my boyfriend to move his money as the service is lax at many of the locations and he gives them alot of business. It's bad enough they are a part of Merrill Lynch. It's a fee bank . Full of inconveniences. Do yourself a favor, bank elsewhere.

  The associate that helped me was extremely rude. I always hate going to this location. Long lines every time. The only nice person I talked to was the guy at the door. My account has been flagged and when I try to call they tell me to come in, and when I come in I didn’t have my id and they were extremely rude and would not help me at all.

  I desperately needed a document notarized, and they told me their notary is out for 2 weeks. This created a lot of problems for me. This was very important to me, and they couldn't deliver so I'm giving them 1 star. Also, their lines inside are way too long. They are very slow. Terrible place, really.

  Service at drive through is awful. This isn't the tellers fault they're just perpetually understaffed. One teller trying to work the drive-through and helping inside customers with multiple cars in line is ridiculous.

  Always a long line. Don’t understand why they only have one teller. I spent over 45 minutes in line last week and now Iam standing in line for 30 minutes today. Then wanted to charge me for getting change.

  Just wanted to say thank you to Marianne Mahnke and Brenty Nuñez for helping me out today. They both went above and beyond for me today when I locked my keys in the car. I have been coming to this BOA for 4 years and they are allways supper helpful despite the location usually being crowded.

  BE AWARE BOA flagged our account and closed it until we called in. The problem is we are on hold for hours, our calls are not answered. We need our funds for food. You wouldn’t think they’d be flagging accounts if they are not going to service them.
