Micah Gaudio1👉 Wells Fargo really doesn't deserve a great employee like Ryan Dutil. In my decade of banking with Wells Fargo he is the only person that actually can do his job correctly with personality and enthusiasm. 💯💯💯💯💯 I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone. Your money is not safe. Regional Manager Chris 👎 Becky Branch Manager 👎Wells Fargo Business Overall 👎👎👎👎👎 In short, Wells Fargo could not verify my account address via postal mail so they decide to close my 3rd business account out and send a cashier's check of almost $8,000 to an unverified mailing address.😱🤣😥 Never mind I've been a customer for over a decade with that same address and two other business accounts at Wells Fargo and never once tried to call or email. 🤷 Thousands of late fees and missed payroll they were willing charge me $180 to put a stop payment on the cashier's check. 🤬🤬🤬 But two regional managers couldn't accomplish that either. After speaking with customer service, two other branches, Business Services, anyone I could get to listen... Ryan Dutil was the only person who showed an ounce of care for my situation. Over the 3 hours I've spent in this branch over the last 2 days it sounds like this Branch would fall apart without him here. The tellers are constantly asking him questions are referring to him as the only one who can their questions. Really? Maybe you should double his pay or give him a promotion because if you were to leave you would pretty much need to shut this branch down from what I see. The bureaucracy is so thick here moving my money somewhere else ASAP before they absorb all profits in fees.

Chris Vreeland1I have 4 accounts with Wells Fargo and wanted to open one for my 15 year old daughter and was told they were 3 days out and couldn't do it because they are short staffed.The place was almost empty with no line. They did say we can deposit your money,how convenient. This site is the worst,ATM always has something going on with it.Bank of America is looking pretty good right now .Time for new management.

Annoy mous1Worst service out of any bank I have ever been to. At best they have 2 tellers on duty and always long lines and a long wait. Branch manager does nothing except stand around all day greeting customers and lies about tellers "being out sick today", when in reality they are just too stingy to put more employees on. Not to mention their ATM outside is broken half the time and always has issues reading US currency? What a dump, take your business to another bank that actually has people willing to help. Never have a problem or have to wait long at Florida Central Credit Union, and they don't charge you a fee to keep your money in their bank.

dcarvoes dc1I took a client here to open an account, and to assist my clients in paying off their mortgage with Wells Fargo, due to an insurance claim on their house. The branch manager, Carlos Hernandez, advised us that he was too busy to assist us, and we needed to wait for another banker to assist us. The branch manager stood around the lobby for over 30 minutes “greeting” people that came in the door. Most of that time, he stood with his hands in his pocket. When we asked him if he could assist us with a transaction over $150,000, he told us that he was capable of it, but he was busy at the moment. I actually took a 5 minute long video of him standing with his hands in his pockets doing nothing. He said we could make an appointment with him if we wanted, at a time when he was less busy, hahahahaaa! Really? Typical Wells Fargo trash. Last year was the fake account openings, this year must be the terrible customer service. Unfortunately, my client is being charged interest everyday that Wells Fargo does not have the insurance check in their possession, so we are stuck here watching this guy stand around and not help anyone, while we wait for a qualified banker to help us. I guess he thinks he’s better than that. I can’t wait until he actually learns his value with Wells Fargo, and they dump him. I hope he remembers this review when that happens. Javi Morales1TELLER ( Ronin) Poor customer service. I supervise a unit of 20 government employees and this is not how you handle or treat customer. Specially if you are non- customer of WELLS Fargo Common sense tell you let’s gain their business. Instead , you walked in 10 min to close to cash a check and the teller looked at you and say “ you come in 10 min to close to cash this check and on top of that you are not a customer” so my response was “ if I’m a customer is okay to cash the check but if I’m not a customer is not ? She replied “ unless you want all $20? With attitude and body language. When I say is fine with me , she changed and said she only have 1s and 5s. Conclusion : Robin (teller) obviously didn’t want to cashed since is about to close ( totally understandable) and I take that. However, it is all how you deliver the message (tone - body lenguaje- facial expression ) she was very rude and unprofessional, this is not how you bring non customer to switch bank. What funny , that I also needed to open an account and of course I won’t take my business to this bank. I’m sure other customers had experience similar attitude from this lady since I can tell is who she really is. Note: after she asked to signed the check, she told me she only has $ 1s & $5 and cant do it. Now I have a very large check signed until I’m able to cash it.

Larry Johnson1Everyone at the bank is very nice with ONLY one exception!!! The manager Laurie Plassman is a nasty woman. If that caliber of person is management material I now understand why Wells Fargo has such low ratings for customer service.

Micah S1They steal money and give incorrect change, also what kind of business closes at 2pm on a Saturday? Caution: do not use the ATM, it has taken almost a grand from me! (the ATM always seems to balance though the thiefs)

Austin Pacher1Very slow service at the drive thru, since the rest of the building is closed. They need more help or training, if all they are having open is the drive thru. Plan on an hour wait.
