  I have used both the branch itself and the ATM. The people in the branch are super helpful and friendly and not the reason for my 2 star review. The ATM is walk-up only. Not something that normally bothers me, but this ATM is outside along the front of the building with little security or privacy. People who are waiting to use the ATM are milling around the parking lot. All of this is tolerable during the day, but after hours when Long Wharf is fairly empty it is not a comfortable place to be. I am surprised that Bank of America, as big as it is, allows an ATM situation like this to exist at any of their branches.

  One of the worst run banks I’ve ever been to. Always busy and they never have enough tellers. This is just completely unacceptable. They have five teller windows at this specific location and they only have two tellers on a Saturday morning when everyone is doing there banking! Unbelievable.

  I had a five star experience with the frontdesk staff, and later with specialist Jeisye Lassus. She was knowledgeable, resolved the issues I was having with the bank at that time, and helped me prepare for future issues. I appreciate and admire the team's hard work. I would have loved to fill a customer satisfaction survey for them but did not receive one.

  Very poor service and very slow bank. Line out the door basically on a Saturday. Step it up BOA.

  Bad attention in the self-service 3:45 pm the light of the self-service is on. Lady who attends the self-service only with signs and a bad way sends me inside to change the check inside It is the SECOND TIME IT HAPPENS (I have a mortgage with them of checks and savings account) I hope it improves!
