  we had a wonderful and smooth banking experience with Zach. Both Elina the manager and Zach were supportive and went above and beyond to provide a seamless banking experience here !! Good service.

  Went to try drive up since they discontinued all others great services at one time ) waited 15 minutes with No acknowledgement even tho I rang call button, Went inside an requested my transaction back Terrible Service Bank of American is Lacking in customer service skills BIG time Terrible go else where

  This post is for the 2 months I’ve wasted with BofA’s customer service For several months I have had the displeasure of contacting your contact center. Today it got worst as I went to a location. What wasn't surprising was that the Relationship Manager had an eerily familiar runaround experience; the one I ALWAYS experience. The level of incompetence knows no bounds. One Supervisor told me my credit was ran because I overpaid my credit card bill so once they issue a refund that hard inquiry would be removed from my credit history. I cringe when I have a concern as I know 2 hours of my day will be wasted as I can never get my issue resolved. I think it's time I severe my relationship with the institution. I have never experienced any 'customer' service quite like this: TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER’S TIME. I visited the 195 Milwaukee Ave, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 location; the Relationship Manager really tried to assist but her coworkers in the contact center weren't gonna allow that. She spent 45 mins on the phone while I listened to her repeat my issue 5/6 times. It ended with her promising to call me. At the same time, she wanted me to open a checking account to benefit from your rewards. Now, why would I put myself through that? I thought Comcast customer service was horrible but Bank Of America has managed to beat them.

  extraordinary SLOW tellers and only one ATM open right now out 831pm of so many atms. can't understand why staff is sluggish.... don't want to be banking with bofa anymore....

  Don't go through the drive-thru, because they will take people inside first before you and make you wait 15 minutes until they finish

  Bankers are powerless to help. They have to call NY for eveything.
