  Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with in obtaining a home mortgage. He took the time to answer all the questions I had, and there were quite a few. He was very quick and thorough as well. I did reach out to a couple places to try and secure the best rate. Eric was able to get us the lowest rate without the use of any points and with the lowest fees. I plan on contacting Eric in the future for all future mortgages and have been recommending him to family and friends.

  I highly recommend Eric and Homz Mortgage for any new loan or refinancing needs.   Eric was super communicative along the entire process of securing a loan. He saw rates were rising quickly so hurried us to lock in before they got any higher and I'm glad we did.   Erick Goldstein was very helpful and professional. I was a first time buyer with lots of questions , and not too much of an idea how the whole process work, but Eric was always there to explain and advise. He made the whole process very easy .   Eric is the go getter. Not only he will get you the best possible rate, he will go above and beyond and hold your hand from start to finish. As for my case, aside from the mortgage, he even did things on behalf of my real estate agent. Bottom line - perfect job, we’ll done Eric!!! Eric very patient and very pleasant to work with.
