Dave Girouard1My daughter gave me a check which I deposited in my local credit union COMTRUST. The check was returned and I was charged a $10 fee. My daughter assures me there were ample funds and the bank could offer her no explanation why the check was returned. This incompetent bank screws up and I have to pay. She has had more problems with this bank and is now in the process of changing banks. Good riddance to Bank of America. They could have at least offered to reimburse the $10 fee

Jess Goossens1Thank you for ruining Christmas Bank of America! I would give you 0 stars if I could. My husband and I attempted to deposit a money order. The machine became unresponsive and ate both check and card. The only amendment they could provide over the phone is to order us a new card to come in 3 days, and the consolation of "we know how you feel", yeah doubt it. Thank god (sarcastic) that they waved the $50 expedited fee for a new card, wow what saints. Then with concern for who may come next we inquired about shutting machine down remotely so the next person who comes doesnt HAVE THEIR CHRISTMAS RUINED. The response was shocking, they can send some one out to shut down machine...but cant to recover card? We have been customers for decades, it's time to switch banks. Sitting in a freezing car for over an hour. I'm done.

Gabrielle1Horrible customer service. Mia who is the manager is RUDE and should not be working in customer service. After waiting several minutes past opening time for them to unlock the door, I was told I could not cash a check for my employer unless I opened my own bank account with them. Myself and many other of my employees have cashed checks there HUNDREDS of time over the past 8 years and never had any problems. Regardless of what the protocol may be, her attitude was horrid and she was completely dismissive. I don't bank with BOA personally due to the many horror stories I have heard. This just validated my thoughts and beliefs on this bank. With a 1.9 star rating on google, and a manager who should not be in customer service my recommendation is STAY AWAY!

Tiffany Nunes1Took time off of work to get here before 4 o’clock and the whole office is closed no tellers and no one in the drive-through and no notice and nothing on the website- How is this possible when they advertise their hours until 4 o’clock. Uuggghhh!!!

Tonia Douglas2I went to make a withdrawal with a teller on a Saturday morning. The line was about 6 people long. There were only two tellers. One completed a transaction and took about 5 minutes to do other work before calling another customer over. I left inside and went to the drive thru. This was no better. Literally not one employee acknowledged I was there, I sat in my car for 5 minutes unattended so I left. The only plus is the ATM inside of the lobby dispenses $10 bills. Compounded with the fact that Bank of America has no other location within miles of me, I may need to consider banking elsewhere.

Lynne1I usually try not to complain but the manager at this branch caters to certain customers and completely snubs other customers. She should not work in customer service. She also fails to adequately instruct the tellers who are trying to help the customers. It was a horrific experience when I was trying to get personal documentation faxed for a refinance and have no idea if it has gotten there.

scott little1These people are completely rude and disrespectful if you don't have an account with them. They treat you like garbage the minute they know you don't have one. Who wants to overpay for a bank account at a place that is discriminatory to people. They won't even let handicap people use the drive thru. They make them get out of the car in bad weather and mistreat them when they come thru the door. This banking institute needs to be shut down!!

Andrew1Disorganized, unprofessional and understaffed. Check the other reviews. Bank better. I waited 30 minutes in line to be told to take a seat and someone will be out to get me to handle important documents. Meanwhile the people in the offices are just taking fresh walk-ins, completely skipping the line. Waited until they locked the doors to be told it'd be another 30 minutes. I left and will call corporate with my complaints.

Danielle Black1I Got ONE certified check for 2,000 dollars which I needed for a deposit on a house. They charged me for it twice causing me to have an overdraft fee in my savings!
