  If I could give no stars I would. The guy was disrespectful when I talked to him on the phone and hung up in my face asked for a manager and refused to give me one. Absolutely rediculous

  This place really sucks frfr they try to low ball me on a chain they try to give me 500 for it when it looks better then all the jewelry in that store can’t make this up they rude to Don’t go to this place it’s trash!!!!

  Terrance, I am sorry we could not pay you what it is that you payed. When we pawn, the price is based on the spot price of gold and that price is based on what caret your gold was. for example 14k would pay you more then 10k.

  I met these two old dudes, they reminded me of Lenny and George. Some how they convince me that my silver was fake or silver plated, it ruined my day. Come to find out they had no idea what they were talking about.

  What a cute shop. Was suprised by the size of it and they have their own parking lot unlike alot of places in downtown Springfield. I pawned a ring and the woman who helped me was amazing. She was so kind and gave me the amount i wanted. Def. would give them all 5 stars and will be returning!!

  Having done business with different pawn shops over the years as a precious metals refiner... FINALLY and at last I have found someone who KNOWS precious metals. This will be my goto place from now on in New England. Honest valuations, friendly and patient service... just what you want in a pawn shop. PS: make sure you don't confuse them with the shop across the street... they are like the dark compared to The Money Stop's light.

  Terrible spot if your looking to sell had valueable eBay pieces that they didn't want because it wouldn't "sell in the shop locally." Then I give them 2 genuine Sterling silver spoons and he offers me $6 for both and won't budge not even a dollar more, went to another Springfield pawn shop got a easy $15 for same spoons without negotiation. There the worst to deal with if your looking to sell something, I DON'T Recommend Money Stop in the South End on Main St in Springfield go to other pawn shops better prices if your looking to buy or sell and better service they'll treat you like a customer should be treated.
