  Every time I come to the lobby, there is a very long line to do a deposit. Today, as with other times, only two tellers and same amount of personal bankers. This has been going on for a very long time. I can hear the comments of other frustrated customers like me. I really suggest you look into having your account at another bank.

  It’s a high traffic banking center but the staff is on top of their duties. They are quick, efficient, very knowledgeable while always having a smile on. I've banked there for 6 years and all my experiences have been superb.

  I have been to plenty of Bank of America locations but the staff at this particular location if far more polite and helpful than any other place by a long shot I highly recommend this location.

  For the past 2 months customer rep in the office opened an account gave temporary cards and never activated. I work 8 to 5 and Bank of America office hours such 8 to 4 with poor customer service. Disappointed with customer service I'm the office a d over the phone. A c.ustomer service rep over the phone cancelled my card when I asked him to order a card for my new account opened instead the customer rep cancelled. Y card I had no issues with. I have to go into the office to get new temporary cards I get my new card and the rep never updated my pin as I requested this is such a headache. Chase is way better mo iaauea.

  Well tried to speak to someone for 30 minutes. Like there goal is not to answer the phones so you have to go and visit. Don't recommend!

  Went into deposit a check and was helped by Dafni. She was very professional and courteous. I was in and out very fast. Excellent service.

  I would post a zero if I can! The lady skipped over me and I had to wait an unnecessary extra 10 mins after being there for an hour! Service was so lousy

  Bank was closed when I got here but luckily the atm was open. The outside looks neat and is very spacious and clean. Didn't get to go in since it was closed so no comment on the service or inside. Atm worked quickly and efficiently. Give the bank a go if you need to.

  Great service. I see a lot of people post about them not answering phones. You guys need to call customer service department. The 1-800 # on the back of your debit/ credit. Or create an appt. don’t make it harder on yourselves lol
