  I highly recommend Nicolas!!! I contacted him for guidance on buying a home, made an application and it turned out that everything was in order for me to qualify. It was a matter of 3 days that I found a house to my liking, he recommended a realtor who will represent me and the truth is that I had a wonderful experience. Nicolas is a person who was at dawn at all times, sometimes for work and school reasons I missed sending some information, and he didn't let anything get past. I set the monthly limit that I was willing to pay and he worked carefully on the numbers so that everything was close to what I asked for and it was. I totally recommend him whenever I can, since I have heard bad experiences but he is a very professional person who in my experience did not struggle at all, he did his job impeccably. Thank you Nico for being so dedicated to your work and for helping me and my son get our first house.
