      I should have given Negative stars if possible. Horrible customer service. They don't value their customers. If you go to this bank half hour to an hour before closing, they will make you feel like you have done some big crime. Comment from their staff was "You should have come earlier" - even I was one hour before the closing time. They should go for customer care 101 class. Humiliating and Insulting experience in this branch. NOT SURE IF BOA MANAGEMENT IS SERIOUS ABOUT PUBLIC COMMENTS OR NOT BUT THEY NEED TO LOOK AT THE SERVICE THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF IS PROVIDING DAILY.

      The slowest bank I’ve ever been to. Customer service is horrible, their drive thru banking is never open. Wait times over 30 minutes just to make a deposit. Do not go here if you don’t have time to waste.

      Only one cashier works and other employees are just watching! People are waiting in the line. Not happy with their service and do not remommend at all. If you want to save your time find an other branch! Unprofessional staff!

      I am not a BA customer but I got cash pay from the State. I tried to withdrawal with teller. I didn't want to go to ATM because I want to take out all the funds, teller asked if I was a customer I told her no, she asked to how much I want to withdraw, I told her everything, she said need an exact amount (as she couldn't see my balance) the she said I can do everything at ATM, I check my funds over my phone and told the amount, then she said, if you want to withdraw your funds you will get only $20 bill because you are not a BA customer! if you want one hundred dollar bills or $50 again you will have to go to ATM! I just took the $20..but making harder for not BA customers it is NOT a good way to attract new people!!! very disappointed, if I have to change banks, BA wouldn't be an option!

      The teller was the teller for the drive thru and inside. The teller at the window told me to come inside. There was about 10 people in line. It didn't move fir about a half of an hour. The staff was not helpful. Dont go to the branch. A one was high.

      6 people on line for teller, 2 more behind me. No movement in 15 minutes, 1 teller, 2 others walking around doing nothing, customer being helped now must be depositing millions because he’s been at teller entire time. This place is always a disaster. Whos the manager? Circus clown? UPDATE: It took 40 minutes to make a withdrawal. Great job B of A, you can mess up a wet dream.

      So my account was hacked my card was cloned from this location!!! They took my money and they are further investigating never going there again either someone working there or some low life looser is cloning cards in those ATM’s!!!

      Stood in line to pay my mortgage for half an hour. Only one cashier available. Others were helping customers in offices. One person came to the line and told people where to stand in line only. Worst bank I've ever been to.
