  The service is good, overall. I've opened multiple accounts for business and personal. This service seems to be a little slower (1hr+) but they print your card right away vs waiting 10 business days by mail. I've had help with wire transfers & the customer service is friendly & patient. I don't recommend coming here when you're in a rush - it's best by appointment.

  The worst. The ATM is always down. The staff are slow and they don’t care. They just keep doing their thing with no worries that the lines are out the door.

  Slowest people on earth. I mean sloth slow. Took so long just to get waited on. Avoid this bank and any other one.

  I just went to the drive thru. It took some time to see a car move. Finally, it was my turn the lady who helped said good morning and send me the deposit slip. However, one guy sent me the receipt without asking if i needed anything else, my balance..no even have a good day... I'm surprised how they have changed since I used to worked here and our manager reiterated how to greet our customers and assisted them the best way. Very sad how customer service has changed. Very poor service.

  PERSON NAME MANISHA (A.Branch Manager ) ALMOST KICKS YOU OUT INSTEAD OF HELPING. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND DISGUSTING THE WAY SHE TALKS AS SHE IS MAKING FUN. TD SHOULD NOT HAVE THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE WORKING AT THE TIME LIKE THIS .

  Terrible branch, worst branch ever, they don’t let clients in, one employee only is handling the drive through for tons of clients, management don’t care about reviews or their clients.

  I went with my wife to withdraw 5,000 thousand dollars and we both got masks due to the virus and the people who treated me there just laughed and were unprofessional. I tried to withdraw the money through drive thru and one of them wrote more than the amount trying to give me only $ 500 when the amount that I was going to withdraw was 5000 and I claimed that it is illegal to write and they just managed to say nothing. horrible experience

  The staff working at this location are the definition of incompetent. Every time I have stopped here, it takes them 20mins per customer for the simplest task. Avoid at all costs.

  there is female teller at the drive thru that always shuts off her speaker after saying hi how are you today. you reply good can i get a slip for.... yup dont wast your time people. she won't hear you. she never waits for a response after her greeting. so you expect a response but never get one so then you need to press the button to get her back.
