Victoria1If I could rate under 1 star I would. Bank of America honestly doesn’t even deserve 1. Never a convenient location, ALL of the drive throughs have been closed even before covid so you have to go inside. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences every single time I go here. It’s impossible to keep your cool when every location I’ve been to has the worst customer service and never more than 2 employees in the whole building. Ridiculous that this bank is still in business. Don’t even waste your time here, it’s not worth it. All they do is disappoint.

Jason Reddick2Absolutely ridiculous! I have called every other day for about three months now trying to pay for my safe deposit box. When you are no longer a member of Bank of America, you can't use the app to take care of your business. I have yet to reach anyone at this location to pay for my safe deposit box.

Craig Stewart1First Bank of America closed the second branch they had in town “to better serve our needs” so the main branch on Innes St is now overloaded and practically unusable. Then the geniuses decided to eliminate drive through service because “all of our needs can be met through the atm.” Well I have cash to deposit and for some unknown reason both atms ( they only give us 2 for a county with 150,000 people in it) say they can’t accept cash deposits right now. I’ve called the branch several times with no answer and the 800 number keeps transferring me around with no answers. Starting to rethink my 14 year relationship with this bank.
Response from the ownerHi Craig. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. V1They make you wait in the lobby for minutes! before letting people know appointments are required before they can help you! While they stand around unbusy! Never heard of such a thing.

Humble Bass2I've been with this bank for roughly 8 years. This so called bank is just like my past relationships. So I must become free from the agony it has caused me; to feel like I can't win. It's frustrating when you can not deposit cash through the ATM. It's a shame you can not do a cash advance which should be convenient for the customer, I thought. I guess they are not "on the up" like most establishments.

Trini Hollins5I'm very dissatisfied with Bank of America. I've opened up a business account there, and provide security for sweepstakes. That's a cash based business. I'll make a deposit for 20,000 a week. And for no reason they closed my account l, without verifying my income. I will never deal with BOA again that's very unprofessional

Angel Roman1I bank with Bank Of America. The statesville branch are much much nicer. I have only went into this branch twice once for a check deposit which took 20 minutes literally. I timed it on my phone. The second was yesterday for an official check. She was very snappy with me and just not a pleasant person. I worked at a bank for 8 years and I feel that your customer service should be outstanding. Salisbury branch is an unpleasant branch for me to go to. By all cost I try to avoid coming here.

Alyssa Nelson5Had a wonderful and smooth experience working with Destinee Bailey, Relationship Manager, at the Salisbury Bank of America. We had two appointments with her to make sure our process of purchasing our first home would go well. She and the BoA staff went out of their way to calm our nerves and check to ensure a smooth process, even during these challenging times with Covid-19. I would definitely reach out to her in the future and recommend their services!
