  This pawn shop is the worst place. Very unprofessional and rude. I can’t believe they been in business so long. They don’t deserve a star but I had to give it in order to write how I felt.

  DO NOT GO HERE. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves. They tell you over the phone that they will buy your stuff and then change their mind when you show up. Plus they are incredibly rude. Go anywhere but here.

  I went to Frank's and had the worst experiece ever, they actually tried to run down on me in the rear parking lot, a female and the one whose initials are ZSM ran up on me with his fist balled up first then he slipped his hand in his pocket all in an attempt to try and take my paperwork from me.right person,right day because I didn't back down and wasn't going to because i was in the right, they robbed me of my mothers diamond.
