  Hi just had the worst experience of my life me and my family we are in the process of moving and I did a emergency transfer which had to be done Western Union did at 830am waited to next morning still nothing me my wife and kids are now sleeping in a truck on the side of the road made them aware of this so I get a call at 9 with a confirmation num only to be told by Wu they need to call Wu close at 10 so another night 3 me and dam side of the road and was told it could take another 24 hrs this is terrible and heartless I have kids 😭

  I have been banking with BOA for over 20 years. I currently live in south Alabama, and BOA does not have any banking facilities in the whole state. The Columbus GA banking facility is great!! Thank You.

  Bank of America, You made a mistake and instead of owning up to it, you made me feel like I made the mistake and put me down. I am more then happy to end our financial relationship and take my business elsewhere based on how I was treated by your upper management. Everyone needs to be aware that your business ethics are below par when your company makes a mistake. It’s people like me that keep businesses in business. I cannot support your company and would not recommend anyone else to do business with you either. #thetruthwillsetyoufree

  Came in to close one account and confirm that my fiancé was added to all of my other accounts. James was rude, unprofessional, and treated us like an inconvenience the entire time we were there. I've been a Bank of America customer for a long time, and I've never dealt with people so rude.

  This is the worst bank ever. It is sad you deposit your money on Friday before 2pm and then you can't even pay your bills because you can't touch your money for 3 or 4 days. This is the only bank I know of that does what they want to do. That's OK I'm fixing to make a change. I give this bank a 0 if I could.

  They need more employees. There’s almost never more than one bank teller working. Be prepared to stand in line for 15-30 minutes.

  More ATM'S in the area is a must if you want to attract potential customers and keep existing customers like myself. The location could be a bit scary for some. Other than that, service is great

  I agree with all negative comments. Service is absolute worst I've ever seen and received from any bank. and since it's the only branch in the region..... No BofA in Alabama at alll..... I decided to close the account

  Hate that this bank. They rearrange dates for transactions you've processed, then falsify your balance amounts. Getting a lawyer cause they've done this 4 times already and money is unaccounted for.

  Everyone's being very dramatic about it being a "scary" part of town (seriously?) but they're definitely right about only having one location. We do need at least one more to lessen the lengthy lines. Every time I've gone in everyone's been very polite and helpful! Wait time can be ridiculous.
