  Didn't knew account was closing and at same time was starting a new job gave them bank Information for direct deposit. So i changed information for direct deposit at my job it was to late by that time so it was like a week later still no check I called them they said they recieved the check and that I owed a balance and that I would receive what was leftover. Still no check cant call it's like they have my number block was calling for 5 hours straight!!!!!! Dont understand if my account is closed!! How can u take money from my check and leave the account closed and hold my check!!! And still no check!! This is from june 16!! Somebody help me!!!

  If you're looking to spend far too much time waiting in line and have them take forever while depositing your cash, this is the place to go. Whether you're inside the bank or at the drive-through, you're sure to wait an inordinate amount of time. In addition, don't expect them to confirm the amount that you're depositing verbally if you're in the drive-through or which account you would like it deposited to; they just make assumptions. In conclusion, if you are unfortunate enough to be stuck With Truist as your banking institution, I highly recommend going to a different location.

  Worst bank and customer service!! They give false information and no one is on the same page. Managers and tellers contradicting information. No clear communication, do not waste your time going here!!

  When you say you want to cash a check and then deposit it. And they just deposit the check and you have to wait over a day for it to clear to get the money in your account instead of instantly. Listening to customers is a valuable skill that seems to be lacking here

  I went to the atm to deposit money and for some reason my money didn’t deposit and they are giving me the go around for my money. I do not trust this bank and would not recommend anybody opening an account with this bank. Do not use that Atm something is wrong with that machine still waiting for them to give my money back and no one is saying anything. If I could give zero stars I would.

  SunTrust is the worst bank ever since they merged with BB&T. I hate this bank and will never do business with them again. They shipped 2 debit cards to my home with NO pin ordered ! I awaited my pin for 6 days and nothing came ! They told me to go into branch in Saturday which I did but the branch was closed due to Covid -19. Hate these people

  Opened an account and had to have my card shipped to the branch after waiting over a month for it at no avail. Can't use the card until I go back to the branch to reset pin... Customer service upon opening account was great. Currently pointless to have an account here at all.

  I’m posting on behalf of my grandma. Lines are always long. Horrible service. For over a year they continue to send credit cards and debit card in my grandfathers name whom has passed away. We have had several appointments to cancel accounts with his name and open up a new account in only her name. This last time she was told everything was fixed and that same week received multiple cards in the mail with both there names. This bank sucks. We are in the process of closing all accounts and going to Regions.

  It doesn't matter which locations you go to. The atms never work. It's a big waste of peoples time to have atms that are complete junk.

  FRAUDULENT BANK!!!!! I went to deposit money inside the bank today and the teller inside said she counted a certain amount of money and $65 went missing. I told her it was $65 missing from the amount she told me. I then talked to the manager and she went to the teller and came back in one minute. The manager didn't even want to check the cameras! DO NOT GO THERE!
