  My experience with the tellers here has always been great, and I’ve never had an issue with the ATMs. On occasion, the wait time has been a bit long, though they only have 1-2 tellers in there, so that’s to be expected on busy days. The issue is that there’s no way to bypass the lines if you can’t wait any longer because all the paths to the exit are lanes and if someone is at the front of each, you’re stuck. Though I’ve only experienced that issue once.

  Atm machine took my card and they offer you horrible customer service here !!! Employees need better training, very rude. Wouldn’t recommend anyone here

  Terrible branch. The tellers are rude, the line is always very long. However Bella Rahlis works there for business banking and she is always very helpful and nice. For all other banking needs do yourself a favor and go to another branch.

  I have often spent over 30 minutes in line to complete a 2-minute transaction. The tellers often socialize with customers (as though they may be expected to) while others wait to get on with their days.

  Every week when I come to cash my check there are literallu lines from the teller to the entrance of the door. For this establishment to be rated a 'premier" bank they sure DO NOT act like it. Everyone is also chatty Pattys in here.

  This branch is terrible! Avoid this branch! The wait time is totally unreasonable and unbearable, the staff need to get a refresher course on customer service 101. This branch is definitely a joke! Save yourself the headache and find a better branch with professional staff to complete your transaction.

  i have been trying to get through to this branch and the customer service line as well i've been on hold for 11 min and i'm on 2 different phones trying to get through this is ridiculous

  Horrible ! Takes over 30 minutes to withdraw your own money because it is not properly staffed on a Saturday...
