Mark Dennison5I have been to this branch several times in the last month and more times in recent months for various purposes. Each visit with staff was an excellent experience. Eva, Noelle, and Bradley have all been excellent. They know me on sight when I arrive and are friendly and helpful with my different needs. My only odd experience was really a customer's misunderstanding. As people lined up waiting for the bank to open, the person at the front of the line didn't try the door again after 10 AM. Eva came by and assured everyone they were open and to come on in. She mentioned the front door is on a timer and automatically unlocks when it's time to open. The customer at the front of the line was waiting for someone inside the bank to use a key or thumb-latch to unlock the door.
Response from the ownerHi Mark. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Eva, Noelle, and Bradley were during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^susan

Cody Griffin1Line out the door. Only one teller but they claim to be fully staffed. Drive thru hasn't been open for at least a year. ATM across the street has been removed. They really need to hire people but refuse to. Claim they can't afford it. Then brag about record profits to shareholders.
Response from the ownerHello Cody. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team and would like to know more. Burton-Larocca1The worst banking I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, this matches my experience at other locations. Will never use BOA again. Ever. People don't want to help you do what you need to do. It takes weeks to do what takes minutes at other banks. Run to literally any other bank and you will be better off.
Response from the ownerHi Burton. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and we would like the opportunity to speak with you. Please connect with our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Thank you. ^susan

J Dondo1Not very friendly. Front door hours posted inaccurate and have been so for a year but they don’t seem to care.

E Lee2Very disorganized. Had an appointment, no one knew. I had opened a new account, and come in to make the deposit as well as submit signature card. Was told unnecessary, but this was wrong and I got notice in mail later that I need to send in. Then, during my meeting another banker interrupted and stood by the door, which was rude. Lady, I have an appointment, wait until I'm done, then chat with my banker. When I handed my checks for deposit to my "banker," he then told me to go to the teller (what is the banker for?). Poor customer service overall.

Adam Lerner1How is a person that is still working during the corona virus supposed to take care of the things they need to take care of when the bank has very unreasonable hours. Also my mom passed away and the bank is emailing me and calling me to bring in a death certificate just after my mom passed. I am done with Bank of America worst company so glad I sold all my stock in this terrible company.

Victoria Chii1There was an rude woman at the counter when I came in for a withdrawal. I needed to withdraw 200 in hard bills and she said "excuse me what" so I repeated. She handed me my money and didn't say anything. She then stared at me for a while and asked "do you need something else?", and I had no idea she had even given me my receipt because at my bank near my house they make it known that the transaction is completed with a, "have a nice day!" or "thanks for coming in today". She was very unapproachable and just overall very poor customer services speaking skills. I felt very uncomfortable.

Thomas Shelton1DON'T TRY TO CALL THEM, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. YOU NEED AN AP[POINTMENT TO HAVE A BANKER HDELP YOU BUT, AS TYHEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE, YOU HAVBE TO GO IN, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, THEN GO HOME, AND THEN GO BACK WHEN IT'S YOUR TIME TO BE HELPED. DOIN'T MAIL THEM A DEPOSIT, BECAUSE ALTHOUGHH THEY HAVE A MAILBOX, OUTSIDE, IN A NEARBY LOCATION, TYHEY NEVER CHECK IT. NO STARS FROM ME. IF YOU WANT TO GO IN AND HAVE THE TELLERS HELP YOU THE SERVICE IS GREAT. THEY QUIT COUNTING YOUR COINS. PROFIT IS ALL THE BANK OF AMERICA CARES ABOUT.
