  Ahhh I cannot say enough about how great Tera was through our mortgage process!!! She made sure that we were consistently in the loop regarding our loan & she did a great job communicating with our title company to make sure our closing went smoothly. She walked us through the entire CD and gave us amazing advice for post-closing. We absolutely loved working with Tera :)

  Tera was so great to work with and truly walked us through everything we needed to know about the process - including a lot of helpful tips for some considerations we hadn't thought about that ended up making our process much less complicated than it would have been without her advice. She was incredibly prompt and responsive - even our agent commented that she was far more responsive than most mortgage officers she normally works with and that SHE'D love to work with Tera again, too! Can't recommend Tera more highly - she gave great advice, turned everything around super quickly, was easy to talk to and work with, and generally just made what could have been a stressful process super easy.   My wife and I worked with Tera to secure a loan for our first home purchase. Not only did Tera get us the best deal (by a lot, I should add) but she was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we were up to speed at every step of the process. We highly recommend working with Tera if you are searching for a mortgage.

  Tera helped me finance the first house I purchased after my divorce. From the moment that I inquired about the loan to the second I signed the closing papers and beyond, Tera and her team were amazing. I wish agents from other industries had the same level of communication and transparency as Tera had. I can honestly say I went into the process not knowing a thing about buying a house, but Tera kept me informed each step of the way, providing additional information when needed. She knows the industry well and can predict any complications ahead of time and suggest immediate solutions. I would recommend her 1000% to anyone interested in financing or refinancing a home.

  Tera and her team are simply amazing. After rate shopping back in 2016, Tera simply offered the lowest rate of any mortgage broker I found. Her team is pro-active, professional, and always on point. Since buying a house is stressful to say the least, I love the fact that she answers the phone more often than not. My wife and I I recently started looking for a new house and with Tera's creativity she got us Underwriting Pre-Approved thereby enabling us to offer the future seller of our next home a 14 day or less closing. Here in Austin, TX where real estate is super hot that can be a deal clincher and so its needless to say that we truly appreciate Tera's creative mindset and willingness to work on our behalf.
