  Nicole the branch manager was extremely accommodating for me yesterday especially when I'm having a bit of a family medical emergency. I just wanted to give a shout out to her and this Branch for helping me out on several occasions with opening an account for my son and in general to serve me well as a customer. Great customer service and does the brand well. A photo attached of my son enjoying the idea of his first bank account 😊

  This bank is closed. Drive-through teller only I now have to drive 8 miles out of my way to go to a bank if I need more than just cash or a large withdraw. Unacceptable. I will be changing banks soon they lost a customer

  Customer service is excellent however they are closed temporarily until the 26th of June

  This branch is the slowest branch my company uses. Whether a customer uses the drive thru or goes inside my trips to this bank always take forever. They do not care about helping their customers in a time efficient manor, and usually only 1 teller handling both inside and outside business. Branch manager just looks out the drive thru and does not help or come to window when cars are there and you're left sitting another 5 minutes waiting on a bank teller to be available. This is the worst bank I've ever been stuck banking with

  Saturday hours are till noon. Arrive at drive thru and it's closed. No posted hours for drive thru, just bank hours posted. Called the bank and they claim its posted closed, sorry it's not and should be on the site since I drove all the way from lockport for contactless service. Three workers in the bank only one working as a teller. Then then as the line gets 5 people deep. The greeter takes a customer at the back of the line she knows. Highly less unprofessional.

  Went two times to this center, once for opening an account for myself, and then for two of my friends. They are very friendly and do the best they can to help their customers. Moreover, the center is the closest BoA center to the University at Buffalo north campus so it's a very good choice for UB students.

  Just wasted a half hour driving to this location just before business hours to find the ATM machine down yet again. This has happened frequently. Since they closed a closer location, I have to drive further for poor customer service. Time to get a new bank!

  This bank is always being robbed!!! They constantly have an armed police officer outside the bank. Makes me kind of nervous that the branch could be robbed at any time if the guard isn't there.

  OK customer service, but not exactly the most reasonable place around for banking, I suggest looking elsewhere

  Very inconsiderate person. Everyone is suffering during COVID times and this person drives us multiple times. Very upset
