  I often go to deposit money here but I stop going to this location because they don’t have a lot of people working so a lot of the times who does the work for me is a black lady called jasmine and she’s rude, she told me to go to the atm machine to deposit money kinda seem like she was bother because I wanted to deposit like $200 and I guess I could have done at the atm. Anyways not going back here

  This place is a joke. Called to ask a question and no one answered the phone. Had to call back 13 times. I drove from food Lyon to the bank, walked on, was third in line, and was helped by a teller before someone answered the phone. Yes, I kept on the phone. BOA is not the bank for me anymore. Now I'm having to wait for someone else to help me. Joke joke joke. Just heard a teller tell someone that there is a little wait to see someone.....yep, I've been waiting 10 minutes.

  So I live pretty far away and my wife drove to cash our check. To a sign that says they are open but we went to multiple BOA to find out they are surprised close. Garbage Customer Service. Do better why would you slap a sign that says open but are closed? I want them to inconvenience themselves and explain why they would do this?

  Terrible service. Walked it waited to be seen no one asked if needed help or nothing waited 20mins walked out makes you wanna pull acct with them.. bad service

  Bank of America phone answering service is Death by a thousand cuts, It is horrible! When you call their locations you immediately are sent through a message loop with the recording saying all employees are busy then the phone service actually hangs up on you and you never speak to anyone. I called the 1800 number and it gives you a similar loop message. I spent over 40 minutes today trying to make contact with an actual employee of Bank of America. Thank God, I am not a banking customer and would never want to be one after this experience. When I call my bank a person actually answers the initial call. So after 40 minutes on the phone.. I spoke to a very nice employee who proceeded to tell me I needed to be transferred to another department.

  I went in today around lunch time(worried about the sort of service I would be getting based on the other reviews) and was very happy/pleased with the customer service. A nice teller helped me make a deposit and I was seen by a very personable manager (Mike) that helped me change my pin code with no issues whatsoever.

  My issues with Bank of America is no reflection on the staff of this bank. My heart goes out to them. They are great, friendly, helpful, fast employees. They manage to stay friendly and wear smiles even though they are swarmed with long lines of grumpy people from open til close. The people are grumpy in line because Bank Of America is too stingy to hire more tellers or open more banks or even install ATMs around the county. There is always a line of 10-20 people ahead of me and I have to drive from far away to get to the bank. Bank of America does not have enough banks, or staff in it's bank OR have enough ATMs! The lines in the bank wouldnt be a mile long, if there were ATMs around the county for the people to deposit and withdraw from. I closed my account for 2 reasons. I'd have to drive 30 miles to get to the closest ATM or Bank, and Bank of America stopped allowing my children's father to deposit money into my account unless I added him to the account! After years of him going into his local Texas BOA depositing cash into my North Carolina BOA checking account for the kids, for no logical reason, some idiot in corporate office decides that they will not allow anyone who is not on an account , to put money into it. Sorry, Im not adding my EX to my personal bank account! I closed the account and have taken my money elsewhere.

  This bank is extremely slow, I have to come here at minimum once a week and I usually have to block an hour out of my schedule to go to the bank. With that being said everyone is very nice and courteous. But slow!!

  The service is to bad I went in the other day to make a deposit on my account , and they always ask a stupid question, did you open your car in North Carolina? And then she didn't help me she told me to go to the ATM machine outside to make the deposit......
