  Local access for my credit credits union based out of Virginia. Never know I was a visitor. Treated like one of the family when my debit card was compromised and needed access to my account. Great family like service. GO CREDIT UNIONS !!!

  Came in for a loan spoke to branch manager he handled himself very well surprised me with excellent results an was excited to begin looking for a car now almost 72 hour later still have heard nothing after being told it'd take 2-3 hours then they got behind I understood so he'd call first thing in morning. Never received called haves called multiple times since and still no word back and also no contact or word from anyone I'm very disappointed to be considering taking out a loan thru this bank and have been possibly thinking of joining this bank!

  Ive been a member of this credit union since 1999 and had 5 different loans with them and never late on 1 payment. Today 2-1-17 i am in the process of transferring all my loans with them to truliant credit union. I have a situation with a payment not being made in my account in dec 2016 due to an error with their system and they will not remove the late as a courtesy like every other bank. I was told that they couldn't do anything because the reporting agency records the data montly...that is so not true because any bank or merchant can request to have the late removed. This is how loyal long term customers are treated. Ill take my business elsewhere!!!

  Friendly service and excellent stall at Premier FCU! Although am not a member there, I can make deposits into my other credit union due to being a co-op branch. Highly recommend Premier for those who qualify and where the branch is allowed for co-op banking. I wished that Premier was an 'open' credit union, as it's much closer to me then mine, only one such choice in this area. Thanks You Premier for all you do!

  I've been with Premier for 31 years and the service has been outstanding! What I appreciate is the personal way they treat their customers. I would recommend them over and above any financial institution! Hats off to Premier Federal Credit Union!!!

  Amazing service and standards. They go above and beyond every time I'm in the bank. Only thing is I was they where open on Saturdays for a short time. Overall really good place!

  They bend over backwards to assist you. The employees make you feel they are invested in you doing well financially. I glad I found them!!!😂

  Great place. Best move I ever made was leaving a big bank and going to premier credit union.
