      They tell me the other teller teller is out for lunch or called in sick. One teller to take care of lobby and drive through. After reading these ratings with customer's stating there is always one person I have to wonder if they are telling me the truth. I feel sorry for the employees because this is an upper management decision. Worst banking customer service in 40 years. Don't bother apologizing I'm leaving.

      Poor customer service skills! I was w/a teller whom expected me to know she wasn’t going to serve me. W/o just say I can’t serve u unless. Then state the nature. She wasn’t very forward. I didn’t feel good just standing there trying to figure out for myself what she getting at. Even after I asked her.

      one thing about this bank, they’re going to take forever! even if you just have to cash a check. they just need more people honestly. EDIT: The other boa are great it’s just this location that has issues. ALSO to the person from boa who wrote back and said i can just use my phone or atm OBVIOUSLY i’ve tried that before. I don’t like it since they take 1-2 business days to get into your account.

      One teller, one person that sees appointments, one person walking between locked doors but not jumping in to help. No drive thru. 15 people in line. Lobby closes EARLY at 4!!! Bank of America used to be the golden standard. What happened??!!

      Been with this bank for over 20 yrs. Can't get a hold of anyone for assistance. I'll just make an appt to close my acct. I get COVID had put a damper on customer service but my gosh, I've been on hold for over an hr before and still no answer. Can't even get questions answered. I'll stick to Well's Fargo and close this one ASAP.

      I deposited my husband's medical reimbursement check yesterday so that my kids would have a Christmas and our electric would not get turned off and was told funds would be available on 12/23/21. Then received email at 8 pm my time telling me that the check is now being held until 12/30/21. Now have to tell my special needs kids there will be no Christmas and our power will be disconnected 2 days before Christmas

      Bank of America Customers, beware! I had my account frozen without any communication from Bank of America. I had to call customer support myself to find out what was going on with my account. After talking with a representative for about 10 minutes, I was informed my account was being closed. No reason or explanation given. I was completely locked out from my money. They would not pay any draft bills, but they have held my entire paycheck hostage since July 27, 2021. I still have not received it on August 19, 2021. I was told i would receive a check for the remaining funds 7 to 10 day after my account closed on August 4, 2021. I was told the check was not mailed out till August 13. 2021. I received a letter today that said I am receiving a check for less than half of my paycheck. No one can give me a reason as to why I have been treated this way. Never have I felt more disrespected and uncared for by a business. Do not trust them with you money!

      I had gone in here earlier today was not happy that there was a long line and that there was only one person at the counter which there should have been more people especially since it was a Monday morning. This Bank of America needs to hire more people and there needs to be a ATM at the entrance

      ATM machines are consistently down. This bank needs a different company to service their Bank of America-labeled machines. They are giving you a bad name.

      I want to discourage anyone from using this bank. Deposited government check, into long time account that is in the positive, has monthly direct deposits. Will not credit any of the check immediately .I tried to call with no answer. so I entered the empty bank and proceeded to call again and watched a bank employee refuse to answer,leaving me no choice but to overdraft card for gas leaving me broke waiting on funding of check for food. Could be days. Taking my money else where as soon as they decide I can have it. I didnot approach employee @ the bank, in fear of becoming the bad guy @ that point, I was so angry. They are basically robbing me with no gun
