      I came here to write a review on this BofA branch and noticed that I'm not alone in my disappointment with how this location works (or doesn't work). Several "challenges" with setting up credit card accounts for my college age sons in the last couple of years. Several times only 1 teller working on a weekday with a line out the door. The "customer service" associates don't seem to be well trained. Time to retrain or restaff or close this location.

      I had an amazing walk-in experience today at this branch! I was greeted by the warm staff from the moment I walked in. Asia helped me set up my account so quickly and she was amazing to work with ! 5 stars for excellent service and friendliness at this branch !

      Just wanted to give a shout-out to Samantha that works here. I had to go in to the a BofA branch to reopen another account after having an issue with setting up an account on line. Samantha was nothing but kind and professional. She definitely was a big help!

      I rarely do in-person banking anymore. Given the very low rating I wasn't sure what to expect. I went in, did my transaction. There was a small issue but teller called over a manager who helped resolve. I observed nothing which would indicate this is a poorly run branch that you should avoid like the plague. Given the volume of transactions a bank handles I suspect there will be the occasional issue and that's why people come on here to complain and drive the rating so low. But odds are you come in, you take care of business, no issues and you go on your way as with just about any other bank. Don't let the bad rating scare you off.

      This banks ratings lived up to our visit. Walked into an empty bank with 3 people working there to add a name to an account. After standing there watching all the associates discuss if they had time to “deal with us” they said they were to busy…. Literally no one in the bank…. They were so busy they could spend an extra 20 minutes telling us they were to busy to add a name to a bank account and make an appointment for us to come back. Bank of America, do better. Hire employees that actually want to work and help customers… this is a pathetic way to treat long term members.

      It doesn’t matter which Bank of America, the line is always out the door with open registers available. Work on staffing so consumers aren’t inconvenienced for 45min-1.5hour waits. 🙃

      Absolutely amazing experience. I was apprehensive due to the reviews, but I had to see for my own self. I worked with Ashley, she was super sweet, and very helpful in options I didn’t even know I had. Barry, and Leona came out and greeted me before I went in the office. The hospitality was really great, although everyone had on mask you still tell they were smiling.

      Horrible service! The ATM ran out of cash, so I had to go inside to collect after calling all the numbers and getting nowhere. I was given a receipt from the machine even though I got no money. Had to wait in a long line for 25 minutes, only to be told that I had to wait for a manager (Ms Moore) who was with a customer. I waited — after 20 more minutes, I asked how much longer (my son it was waiting in the car) and no one could say. When the mgr was finally free, she walked right by me and started helping someone else. She said later it was because I was on the phone. I was calling my husband out of frustration and asked him to come help me get someone to help me. He drove over and got an immediate apology. What??!! I will NEVER bank here again (Waverly Place, Cary, NC). Other branches are better. All told, I was there over an hour and it was their ATM that was the problem.

      Tried to pay a credit card bill and after waiting 30 minutes got to counter and they said I couldnt. Even though the rep on phone said I could. The one teller stared at my credit card for 3 minutes, card has bank of America on it. So got home called the 800 number, told them what happened. Was told the branch should have processed my c.c. payment. This branch is awful.

      Today, I had a horrible experience with the Fuquay branch, but this one in Cary was good. When I spoke with Leonna (I hope I spelled well) she was able to connect me with who I needed. She made it easy. I wanted to thank her.
