  Did not walk into a bank for a long time. I do all my banking online. When I did walk in I realized how much time I saved by doing everything online.

  Every single time I’m in here to make a cash deposit it takes 20+ minutes just standing in line. There’s only one teller who’s doing both drive through and inside. It takes forever. (Not the tellers fault because there’s only one of them) but management should really have one more on at the least. It’s not just one time.. it happens every single week I’m in there.

  Bank of America was always amazing with me and all you people who have negative comments clearly have your head too far up your own buts to realize what hard work banking actually is. Stop being so stuck up and have some respect and common courtesy for once. Bank of America & all your employees i love you!

  I asked the customer service person (not the teller) if I could load my chime card there, she said no. I checked online and Bank of America does allow the transfer. These people just did not want to be bothered.

  Attempted to call this branch via the 1-800 number listed on the internet. 45 minutes later I still haven't been able to talk to an associate. I wanted to cancel an appointment, but could not get connected to an associate in Rochester, NY. I started my calling at 9:05, but kept getting put on hold. No one could get me connected to the branch on West Ridge Road in Rochester, NY. It felt like the bank didn't exist. Such extremely poor service. This bank needs a serious overhaul.

  The people there are very helpful and friendly. Suzanna helped me open a checking account and worked in a timely manner while answering any questions or concerns I had at the same time. I genuinely enjoyed my visit there.

  The staff here are very rude and didn't want to cash my work check. The manager Patrick Montgomery didn't want to help so he acted like he was having a meeting when i heard him asking the other employee what do I want. I will be pulling my money from the bank and going elsewhere.
