  Great people to serve your needs. Wish ATM was still in Pinehurst for convenience. Five mile drive to Southern Pines branch.

  I had a great experience with Catherine in the entire Bank of America team. I closed my account because a woman from Bank of America when I was on the phone was very rude to me. I had to reopen my account 2 days later so I wouldn't go out without money for a month and a half and they were able to get it done. I can't think them enough this is a great location and you have great people working here.

  Bank of America has awful customer service and high fees, finally closed my last connection with them. They also share you banking info with the gov't, would never trust them with a penny of my money.

  I was very impressed by one of the managers this morning - believe her name was Miss Flick. Very helpful and resolved my problem. Never had any sort of problem in all my years here - 5 stars all the way.

  So glad I do not have an account here. Come out of my way to this bank and was treated very poorly. Teller standing with her back to customers talking. Then when she approached she was very rude. Treated me like I was beneath her. All I was doing was cashing an insurance check to get my car fixed. Will also be filing a complaint with corporate.

  I have used this bank three times and lost $110 in the process. Any time I withdraw cash is not a problem; however, once I deposited a substantial amount in $100s and $50s (less than 40 bills) and I ended up losing $100 in the process. The second time I went inside to make a deposit that required the teller to give me cash back from what I had given to her and deposit that amount into another account. At the end of the transaction, she says that she gave me the cash back but I was unable to locate it. I will not go to this bank any longer. I don't think I can afford to lose anymore money like this.

  I drive from maxton to southern pines location I got there at 3:58pm. I pulling up to front door as soon as I get out of my car. One of the bank teller run to the front door and lock it... very very disgusting I’m 67years old women. I’m aware that you guys close at 4:00 it’s not what you do is how you do it . Do anybody have the corporate number?

  Closes at 4 pm sad ! had to drive all the way from Rockingham for nothing got there 3:59 doors were being locked and drive thru curtain was down and they had the nerve to be in a hurry . Only bank in the area to be closed before people even get off work/ Open till 6 friday ,closed all weekend , and close at 4 m-thursday , they are rediculous.

  The ATM machine outside of this bank is ALWAYS broken. It seems like every time I go by there's something different going on with it that won't let me complete my business. Sometimes it's shut down completely, others it won't let you make a withdraw, and more often than not, it won't accept a cash deposit. I can't get by the bank before 5:00 PM because of my commute, so having a working ATM is essential.
