  Stopped by to cash a paycheck and I don’t bank with them. They needed a thumb print on the check, no big deal. Makes sense, whatever. Then because I don’t have an account it’s a $5 fee? I’ve never heard of that. I’ve been going to another bank company down the street to cash my checks for months (different branches even of the same bank) and never incurred a fee. Years ago when I worked another job, went to the bank to cash my live checks and never got a fee. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a fee for cashing a live check with a bank that facilitates the account the check was written from.

  We came here today on 11/21/19, after receiving a check for a large amount of money. We previously knew that the check would take at least a couple of days to clear. We were completely out of money, gas and food. A gentleman here, whom my wife said was name Kyle, went above and beyond to help our family! I cannot say enough about the customer service, compassion, and helpfulness here! They were supposed to close the drive though at 530pm, but stayed open longer until a small amount of our deposit could be made available. Words cannot describe how much this helped us. We have had such a great experience at every Achieva we've gone to, but this experience today was beyond comprehension. Highly recommend, this branch, along with Achieva as a whole!

  The BEST credit union EVER! They're SUPER helpful, and they always do their BEST in EVERYTHING! I highly recommend this location. Ms. Kelli, Susan and other team members are AWESOME 😎

  This is a lending institution that failed miserably on a new construction loan with HD Homes, now defaulted and cheated more than $8M out of home owners, suppliers and contractors. Where Achieva failed was paying HD Homes without having a "Signed Release of Lien" in their hand. I relied on this credit union for this protection, but ultimately lost over $180K and they still got their fees for the loan when I closed it and our home finished by family. I wouldn't recommend them for any type of construction loan!

  I've tried a number of banks and credit unions before, and this is by far the best one. I've never been given any issues and every time I'd messed up something, they have been super quick to resolve it for me. This particular one has some of the best customer service and nicest people too. I highly recommend anyone to bank here.

  One word to describe this place... Lazy workers. Went in to discuss mortgage. The guy was super lazy. All he did was sell himself out of business. Didnt know his own rates and recent power failure caused him to not have to work rest of day. I even showed him their website with rates and response was priceless.... Well not sure if thats the rate. Also looked into other services too. Doing a refinance etc. 51% dti. Branch manager said no. Luckily i have relationship with another branch of their's which was 200% better. Just be sure to look at a company as a whole. Dont let laziness and bad apples affect your decisions. I just avoid this branch at all cost!

  My Calusa Bank Debit card was hacked! I received a call from the Calusa Bank Fraud Division! The amounts over $2,000 were declined, the card was frozen and all transactions were safe and sound. Great job, Calusa Bank!...

  My bank refused to provide services, and when I switched the difference in service was dramatic.... this is the best bank I ever entered... I now pity anyone across the trail...
