      Had an issue with not getting my debit card. The manager was kind and took the time out of her day to make it right. I need to reasses the way I handle things because she was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was Saturday which is a huge deal she didn't have to and she did. I definitely give them a thumbs up and withdraw my last review. If there is a big problem don't be afraid to speak up or reach out, they are more than willing to help.

      Worst experience ever cost me 3 over draft fees of $35 dollars. Check my bank on mobile app it was positive $14 something but 3 fees pop up processing for next day. So routing transfer kicks through after and the 3 over draft fee cause me to go negative they say mobile app is not perfect and doesn't show transactions with routing number till after the fact. Then the sent out knowdis of $35 fee will be $10 in beginning of May. That's a lie too no date its really May 24, 2022. Horrible experience. To top everything off there no corrpret number you gotta email.

      the worse bank experience ever. there are only two lanes. The bank is always understaffed. If there is a line plan to be waiting, there are never sufficient workers to provide adequate service. High rates and fees poor customer service. This bank is horrible

      Worst customer service in the banking industry. I gave Specific Instructions that I did not want mail sent to me, correspondence should be sent via email and they still sent mail anyway. You will not be able to reach anyone over the phone and the only way to speak to someone about your account is to go to the bank and wait for an hour. I will be transferring my money to any Bank other than this one.

      This Bank of America financial center is great. When we checked into the center, the customer manager came and entered us into the helping queue. It didn’t take long to customer manager appear to meet again. The customer manager gave us enough time to listen to our problem and she was very helpful to solve it. This center is open on Saturday from morning to noon.

      45 mins to make deposit at driver through, idk 🤷‍♂️ why they close many of their locations , few of them are open , but there are busy all time 45 mins really BOA u guys can do better

      Worst location to be open on Saturday! Bad access to the parking lot creating hazards on the roads to get into the lot. Horrible parking lot with cars blocking parked cars in spots waiting for access to the one drive through lane. The lobby was packed with people! What a joke! Hazardous for COVID dont you think! This set up created a situation in the parking lot where fights were breaking out just to get access to a drive up window and when people wanted to leave! Such a horrible location to have open on a Saturday!

      Awful management and service. Guillermo Martinez works at the front - he was the rudest, most unprofessional, person I’ve ever dealt with in a bank. Instead of speaking to you he gets loud, and blatantly argues with customers. Save the energy and go to a bank that will do, at least, the bare minimum.
