  When considering a move from Phoenix to Oklahoma City we called a couple real estate companies saying we were going to be flying out for a weekend to see some homes and check out the area. Denita Bennett from the Wyatt Poindexter group called us back. We flew out and met Denita for an amazing day of her driving us around familiarizing us with Oklahoma City/Edmond and surrounding areas. She scheduled several amazing home visits to help us get an idea of the real estate market and different neighborhoods. We have bought and sold many homes over the past 10 years and this was one of was one of the most professional experiences we’ve ever had with a realtor. Once we decided to go forward and sell our home in Phoenix and make the move Denita helped us every step of the way. Now that we have purchased a home in OKC she has gone over and above helping us with the property we purchased since we were between states. I would recommend Denita specifically and the Wyatt Poindexter Group to anyone looking to relocate because of the amazing job she did. I don’t know if we would have been as eager to make the move if it weren’t for Denita. I wish we could give her more than 5 stars!!!

  What started out as a good experience turned very bad at closing. Because of the limitations of the buyer's lending agent, Wyatt and team talked me into agreeing to pay $5,000 to a contractor (not escrowed) due do the buyer's lending institution's company's rules. They ensured me the high end would be around $2,500. After numerous communications with Wyatt, he said on multiple occasions that he would look into it and get back with me. I have never seen an invoice or any of the $5,000 and Wyatt has not contacted me in over 6 months. They wanted to get the sale completed and make poor decisions to accommodate the buyer's lender. I would never do business with Wyatt or any of his staff again. Once I signed, they were done. Buyer beware of this company.

  We are sorry that you did not have a good experience. There were many challenges to this closing which we took care of. The repairs and invoices were up to you since you wanted your contractor (your personal builder) to complete the tasks. Your builder should have sent you the invoice and/or the refund not us. I feel you are blaming us since you couldn't get in touch with your builder. Most of this feedback is simply not true and I would have been happy to reimburse you if there was any repair allowance left over. We truly hate for customers to feel this way. We have never had a negative review in over 26 years.

  Recently we worked with the Wyatt Poindexter team on a fairly complex real estate purchase. There were many moving parts and people involved and through their professionalism, timely responses, and something which is missing today, friendliness, they made this transaction flawless and enjoyable. Hats off to the AMAZING Liz Hagan, she went above and beyond and with every conversation I had with her , I felt as if I was her only client. And one more thing, Liz was masterful working between us, and the title company. Great job and a very enjoyable real estate purchase.

  Wyatt Poindexter Group represented us in selling a property that was bigger than the houses around it, needed updating, and special attention while showing the house, due to security and the many nuances of the home. They represented the home as if it were their own. We also had multiple issues that came up that were very frustrating as sellers, but the Poindexter Group worked with us to resolve those issues and took what would have been a burden, off our shoulders. We very much appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness.

  Over the past 23 years, my family and I have lived in multiple states. Unfortunately, we have not always had positive experiences with Real Estate Agents. I actually became a licensed Realtor because of the poor service we have received from past agents. This was not the case when dealing with The Wyatt Poindexter Group. Everyone was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the real estate transaction. Marketing is their strong suit.
