      15 people in line… 1 teller… Every time I’m in here it’s the same thing… It’s infuriating the lack of care or any semblance of customer service… Nobody cares or lifts a finger to help.. Of my company did t bank here I’d never step food in a BOS again… Took my personal account elsewhere years ago for poor customer service… This place is a joke only it’s not funny

      Went to bank for assistance regarding safety deposit box, waited early for branch to open, went in and was told I could not be helped due to lack of personnel to assist customers-Really, WOW, that's what you call customer service. When you try to call, no one answers phone, tried for days

      It is sad to see how poorly Bank of America treats their customers. It is near impossible to talk to a real person on the phone. All they want is your money but they provide zero service or assistance

      The only Bank Of America in Sun City Center, Florida. I went in because I needed a wire transfer for the closing on my house and the woman who greeted me said we don’t have any one here that can do that. How is that even possible. Had to drive to Riverview because I was on a time restraint. I am definitely thinking of switching banks now!

      Bank opens at 9am, the manager walks in at 8:52 am. Her only teller comes in at 9:05am to turn on her computer. 9:07am she tells the long line of people there is a computer issue. 14 mins later and they are having computer issues at the only teller that is open. It is now 9:28 still no computer. No offense BOA, why even have a location if you cannot open for business. The manager needs to have her employee at 8:30 am and have the computer started and ready by 9am. Telling me at 9:34 am another branch 30 mins away is open doesn't help me. You are just trying to pass off your own problem to another branch. Failure is at the manager level. Specially considering I drove from GA to FL to do the transaction.

      They never have enough tellers. I think their business model is taken from Walmart.

      I called and called this branch to get an answer to a specific question. No one answered so after hitting many 4's and 1's to get an actual person, I gave up and went on-line to make an appointment. Forward a week...approximately 30 minutes prior to the appointment they contacted me. Elizabeth was phenomenal. She answered my questions. If anyone had answered the phone the first time, the appointment would not have been necessary

      I would appreciate the opportunity to sit face to face with your leadership team, the scheduling of teller staff is nightmarish at best, what a strain your operating system is to the tellers at this location. The drive through is non-operational, due to staffing issues at this location.

      Would give -5 stars if I could . In line for over 30 minutes. 1 very nice teller. 4 managers not jumping in behind the counter to help this poor teller out. I was 13th in line and people behind me. After 1/2 hour a lady walked in to the back of the line and started complaining loudly. The manager came over to her, took her out of line and and said "let me help you". What???

      I am not sure why this bank has that many bad reviews. However when I was there to do a deposit and a wire transfer I was helped by the manager which is awesome guy. I really like that Branch a lot better than the Apollo Beach branch. I just want to thank everybody in that bank for help me out on a short notice
