      Been a customer here since 2016. I just recently moved to Naples. This branch is attentive and accommodating even through the nastiness of Covid restrictions. Big shout out to Eddie and Monica for unbeatable customer service and nice pure caring for customers! I will miss this branch!

      Horrible experience! Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes just for them to ask what I needed. Waited another 17 minutes just to get my money. They kept helping the commercial line and postponing the other two lanes. Honestly I’m planning on banking somewhere else. I always have the same problem no matter which bank I go to. The only reason I kept Wells Fargo is for the card free ATM. Now that that is gone I will go somewhere else. Sad because I have been with them for 18 years. They either need more staff or a different system of doing things.

      I have had a personal account with Wells for many years. Wanted to open a Business account that I have had at another bank for 3 years but had a few questions. Tried calling 6 times. No one answers the phone. Tried to make an appointment...the next available day and time is over a week away. My business cannot wait that long. Apparently you do not want my business so I will be moving my personal account to a bank that will take time for me.

      Shoutout to Tionna! She is very helpful, and a very good addition to the team. She did a great job helping my wife and I getting money orders for the kids for Christmas ! Very please with this Wells Fargo branch.

      Never had a problem here when passing through the area. It can get busy inside and you are best advised to make an appointment beforehand if you need to discuss new accounts, investments, loans etc. ATM's, online and the app are the way to go in the 21st century. Easy.

      1) Drive through is not open on Saturdays, very inconvenient. 2) I then went inside and the line wss 12 people long.... I left after 10 minutes... 3) As I looked around, there wss 7 BoA employees visible, a greeter, 3 in cubicals, a manager who seemed to float around, 1 cashier helping those in line and a 2nd cashier behind the counter who wss not helping with customers. I just don't think that is a good way to run a service oriented business.....😣😣😣

      Bank needs more HELP was in drive thru 45 min making Business deposit only one person working window, Marillyn was doing great job !!! She just needs help maybe at times when busy Manager should step in and Help

      Have used WF for over 10 years, the first 9 in Tucson, AZ. And I have visited a few branches in the Tampa area. This Sun city branch is far and away the worst for service. Avoid if you can. Let's say they are understaffed, just for openers.

      10 people talking, not working, while people are waiting in lobby. I don’t normally leave reviews but this is the worst location I have ever been to. Whoever manages this location really needs to tighten up. Awful.

      Well Drive through hours are not 8 am went today Friday July 20th 2018. Said close on window with a 9 am Drive Through time.
