      During this covid time why can't you open the teller drive thru. Move tellers from another bank so that part of this bank's services can be open. Interesting that another local bank had covid in it and was reopened within 24 hours with teller drive thrus and no inside services. That worked for me and a lot of people.

      Hate this Bank ! Only go there because my mortgage was sold to them by County Wide! There service is TERRIBLE! Never enough tellers . Drive up hardly ever comes to you . The bank manager is lazy and smart mouthed . Luckily I only go there once a month ! NEVER would put a dime in that bank in the plaza on West Main st Willimantic on my own volition ! Terrible Bank!

      Had to go inside today because the drive thru was closed Come to find out while in line for 20 plus min The lady doing the drive thu went on break. So I wanted to cash some $20 in for $100's but the teller informed me that was impossible she had no large bills. I find it hard to believe that in the bank vault there was no large bills. So my experience today was poor and it's obvious that management doesn't care about customer service or they would have another teller to run the dri thu window. Also the employees don't care or the teller would have tried to help me.

      Made a deposit at ATM and was credited to much money. I reported the issue and a 10 day hold was placed on my payroll check (single working mother living paycheck to paycheck). It took me several calls and 2 visits to get my answer, the manager accused me of entering a false amount myself and refused any attempt to review security footage that would prove otherwise. I will be closing my account after over 10 years (after the check finally clears)and I will be looking for a bank that treats all customers with basic dignity. My direct complaint has since been addressed , I was assured that procedure was not correctly followed,the hold was lifted ,and my experiences both good and bad will be addressed in person today.

      Al was really fantastic in helping assist us with a tricky account issue that ended up taking him past regular business hours. He was so patient and friendly despite multiple road blocks and ended up solving the issue. Thank you so much!

      Bank of America is a joke they dont consider a birth certificate a form of ID their hours suck and ive never had such trouble trying to cash a check stay away

      Guy named al helped me with credit charge fraud from google account. He was nice helpful and got it done with charges going back on my card the next day . Very awsome

      No drive up teller service? All employees seemingly move in slow motion. This branch is a joke...customer service clearly is not a priority

      Too many fees, horrible customer service, ATMs never work and charge you a fee for using their atm. 0 stars if I could. They steal money.
