  A check was written to me by a customer who banks with your crappy bank. When I come to your bank to cash the check you want to charge me 8 bucks? For what? The person who wrote the check has an account with you. What the hell kind of garbage is that? I will never use your services and will highly recommend to everyone I know or meet to steer clear of you...thieves!

  I have been banking with Bank of America for almost 20 years and I have been very very happy with them, until this branch today. I was treated like I was kind of jerk because I was trying to help out a charity by depositing some their donated change to this branch. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by any financial institution. I will most likely be closing my four accounts with BofA and moving to a Credit Union or local bank.

  Hired more STAFF it should be two staff on the drive thru and 3 on the lobby instead 1 on drive thru and 2 on the lobby I spend here every other Friday or Monday 30-45 minutes

  They won’t take you in if you don’t have an appointment yet they don’t respect the time Of your appointment . Had to wait 20+ minutes after my appointment for them to take me in. So make sure you come in on a day when you don’t have to do any errands because you’ll be stuck here. Totally unprofessional.

  Been here several times. I hate the long wait for drive through and cashiers here, they need to have more manpower. However Ms Claudia Soliz and Ms Veronica went out of the way to help us out.

  10 customers in line and one teller. Every time I come in, not enough tellers. Plenty of loan agents though, which speaks of their priorities.

  Absolutely terrible service I’m drive thru!!!! What is the reason for it taking so long? I think as a customer we should start charging them for the time we have to wait in line😡

  Branch does not understand customer service. There are times that you have to visit personally. Teller was very busy you would think the manager would help out instead she just stood there.

  This has to be the WORST. Always a long line and we’re lucky if we get 2 tellers. An extra star for Maria because she did help me out.
