Melanie Hidalgo1Horrible service. I don’t understand why people here are so rude. I come to make deposits for my job that I work for every time literally everyday and the service here is just horrible. Especially yesterday. I had a lady that helped me at the windows and she was so rude. Said I can’t deposit (after I do it everyday) then rudely threw the receipt at me and threw the amount to show me at the window. I don’t understand why Bank of America has people working for them like this.

Ashley1I was just in there about 10 minutes ago depositing a check into my deceased mom’s estate account. The teller Karen helped me she was extremely nice. But the man next to her was horribley rude and insensitive. She had to ask him a question regarding my deposit because it was in my name instead of my moms. He came over to talk to me and he was so rude and shrugged his shoulders at me when I said something. I’m glad I do not personally bank there and won’t have to have this account open much longer either. If you are thinking about opening an account here don’t do it. Trust me bank with chase, you will have a much better experience all around.

Michael Haut1What a useless location, went here to deposit an insurance check on a Friday at 2 and was informed by the very rude teller that a manager had to approve the check and they had already left for the day and wouldn't be back until the following Thursday! Really? I didn't even want cash back just a simple deposit. No wonder all their locations seem to be closing, time to move the accounts elsewhere.

Karolina Jonczyk1Never have I been spoken to more rudely by a manager. The teller was fine, she wasn’t able to help me with the issue of having to wait 2 weeks to have my check I was depositing clear into my account (since when?) but was kind and professional. The manager she called over for help was extremely rude. Basically announcing to everyone in line how much I had in my account... so unprofessional. They lost my trust 100%.

C Ric1Absolutely the worst branch to go to. Waiting 30 minutes to be helped. Customers aren’t greeted, the ones waiting in the lobby weren’t even asked how they can be helped, poor UPS guy who came needed to talk to someone to drop of packages and even he had to wait because the workers don’t even care. The manager at this location sucks. Doesn’t do his job. Mandi the teller has such an attitude, seems like she hates her job. All the customers who I waited in line with all seemed frustrated

Minesh Patel1i visited this bank 1st time in my life since rockford Branch is shutdown due to covid19. i experience the worse customer service ever with BOA. i am not blaming the Teller. its the people inside the offices sitting there. They offer such a terrible help. They don't even try to help insted they tells me to call the customer service. i hope not to visit this bank in future.

William Friel1I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 10 years I’ve had minor issues here and there like any place but this really set me off. I had an issue with my direct apposite through my work and two of my automatic payment has gone through Bank of America push them through and then charge me an overdraft fee for both of those $70 in total when I contacted the bank they said there’s nothing they can do because it was not Bank of America‘s fault a man no problem transferring the money around and making my account current but they still refuse to waive my late fees. For a instead they told me I need to call customer service they called for me and told me it was a four hour wait time and that they would call me back hours later once customer service finally called me back I was placed on another hold for 45 minutes and then later hung up on a called again today and was on the phone for another 45 minutes and transferred to three different people still no resolution. This is how you lose customers

Heather Boffo3Usually I only use the 24hr ATM for ease of convenience. This is the second week in a row their machine tells me the deposit feature is "currently unavailable". What gives?? I hate driving out further to deposit and I can't wait the days it takes for depositing by check photo.
