  I made a deposit at the drive through, and it kept my debit card for some reason. I went to have it retrieved the next day, only to be told they did not have the key, They went on to explain it was serviced by a third party, that my card would be shredded and a new card sent. The teller was very sweet but the manager who ordered my new card, not so much. I now have to input my ACH payments all over again with the new info. No card yet....

  We don’t drive and chose this bank because we were able to get there by bus or walk. It’s closure in 2021 lasted a very long time and taking cabs to another branch became costly. Hopefully they will find a way to keep this branch open …perhaps they could try to be open for fewer hours or days during the week.

  Are often closed during regular hours, therefore even the ATM doesn't get refilled and is empty, appointments don't get cancelled even though the bank is closed due to unexpected events... Really annoying since we chose this bank for the local customer service.

  I paid somebody with a check two weeks ago. Yesterday I was told that the check was returned by Carrboro (90) branch of BANK OF AMERICA and the branch did not cash the check. Today I tried to going to an office of BANK OF AMERICA near Chapel Hill, but the office was closed. I tried to make a call to ask why the check was returned, but nobody answered my call although I entered my account number. Almost all of BANK OF AMERICA SERVICE set online. I do not like only online service for a bank. I hope the Bank should have option for person to person service or representatives answer phone calls.

  Have only used BofAs ATM Well lit. Across from Carrboro Police Dept. Usually easy parking.

  Even though you have an appointment, you may have to spend more than 15 minutes to wait. Friendly reminder, usually you will spend more than one hour if your business is more complicated than depositing money

  Has a walk-up and drive thru ATM, which is why I go here. Right in the center of downtown, so the location is prime.
