Don’t waste your time here with these people! Arrogant as hell! I went in there lookin to get an auto loan and the guy I went there with just sat there and gave me the reason of why I couldn’t get one without even putting any paperwork in the system. His way of talking and conducting himself was not professional at all! No vayan aquí l. Pura gente arrogante que básicamente quieren humillar ala gente!

Ariel attended us and explained everything we needed to know about the loan and the benefits of La Cooperativa. In addition, he was always aware of us and had quick communication by phone and email. We thank you Ariel for your excellent service. Now we have the car we dreamed of thanks to Latino Credit Union and their excellent work for the Hispanic community.

Spanish translation: Where to start ... Supervisor Carolina is extremely rude and speaks in a condescending way to clients and members, thank God she's leaving. However, the main problem remains in the institution. This credit union is proud to be a kind of savior for the immigrant community, and tries to take a role that other banks (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) cannot and do not want to fulfill, however, I personally have Seen how this bank fails the people he swore to help. He denies loans without a good reason, members are treated in a condescending way especially those who don't carry the money above, and I've never seen them directly help the immigrant community that surrounds them and fills them with money. They are not here to help you or your family, they as a company are here to earn money. Unfortunately, many of the people who have accounts here have their hands tied and cannot close their accounts and move from banks (for several reasons, one of which is the lack of Insurance Numbers) and this cooperative is aware of this, it is That is why they continue to exploit their members. They know they can get away with it. We help build this cooperative. It is time to be treated as members and not as sources of money. Adjective adjective Where to start ... The supervisor Carolina is extremely rude and condescending to members, thank god she is leaving. However, the main problem lies in the institution itself. This credit union prides itself on being a sort of savior for the immigrant community, and tries to fill in a role that other banks (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc) cannot and will not fill, yet I have personally seen it fail those who it claims to help. Deny loans when they shouldn't be denied, speak in condescending manners to members who are trying to open accounts or have questions about policies, and I've never seen them directly help out the immigrant community that surrounds them. They aren't here to help you or your family, they are here to make money off of you. Unfortunately many of the people who have accounts here have their hands tied and cannot close their accounts and move banks (for a handful of reasons one of which is the lack of SSNs) and this credit union knows that, which is why they continue to exploit their members. They know they can get away with it. We are cash cows and they are milking us dry.
