  Very bad customer service. I went two times to withdraw money. First time I had to wait 1 hour in line and she said no manager to overwrite permission to withdraw money. I went different day middle of my work at 2.00, this time manager was present but no banker. I am going to close out my accounts. Worst banking option in Minnesota.

  The worst banking option in MN. Go anywhere else and I'm sure you'll receive better help. Ashamed to have given them business for so long.

  No good. I can't believe the poor service at this branch. They really need to do a complete reset and start over.

  Bank of America messed up our chances of getting a home loan for a new house. My wife and I went into Bank of America in July to get her a card for my credit card account and ended up being signed up for an account we didn't ask for. We still don't cards for that account and yet we have late bills for the same account. Those late bills have been removed because they were given to us erroneously, and yet we still lost over 80 points on our credit score because of the error! Again, we still don't even have cards for that account. Because of the reduction in credit score and the "late payments" we were told we couldn't get the house loan we asked for. I have used Bank of America for my entire banking and financial history. I have loved them! However, I have just moved to MN this year and the Bank of America's here are missing what the rest of the country has. They have actually made me start looking for another bank. Almost any other bank would be better than Bank of America.

  most employees in this branch have no knowledge about banking and their job and zero customer service, some of them need to learn how to be respectful and learn how to say please and thank you. I wired some money to a family member to California, the guy (Roberto Blandon) said that my family member will receive the money within an hour, but I waited the entire day, the money was not received. I called the customer service she explained everything nicely and properly. I was charged $30 to transfer money even it was from BoA to BoA account . He didn't even explain like the lady (customer service) did, even I asked him what options I have to pay less fee... I have an advice for this branch employees, if you guys don't like your job please resign and find another job instead of being rude, disrespectful and impatient. Being nice and respectful is free.

  Just a useless bank over all stay away if you're young and care about your money. These people alter dates in transactions! Really thinking about going back to Wells Fargo. I never hated a bank so much. Please stay away. They are a waste of time they had me an hour and forty-five min late to work just to cash a 145$ check and this lady came in a cashed a 5,000 check with no problem! USELESS group of individuals. If you return anything it also takes for ever for you to get your money back even if the store has the item you returned. Stay the hell away from this bank people. I give them one star just because my direct deposit gets their on time but besides that their useless

  0 stars if I could. I have my business and personal account with Bank of America when you show up here no one cares. Everyone moves slow. People are not willing to help. One person said “i can call but that would take forever” Closing my accounts with Bank of America. Absolutely terrible.

  Went here to get a CD thinking it would be an easy process. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I spent about an hour and a half of my time and eventually left without the CD.

  Been sitting here for 20 minutes in front of the offices. They all have someone in them. Some are walking around chatting with one other. Then going back in their office. I mean they are walking a foot a way from me and can not get acknowledged. Going to find another bank in a few
