      Strike 3! Each time I have tried to use this branch has been a disaster... Embarrassing and unprofessional, not prepared and extremely sloooooww basic services. They will waste your time inconsiderable and you'll see three tellers disappearing in the back and not helping people in a line that ends outside. They should seriously consider closing this branch or re-training and re-stuffing this branch.

      DO NOT associate with this financial institution! Customer service in numerous departments are unprofessional and incompetent. They lack basic financial knowledge and are unable to answer your questions and concerns. They will promise to help you, but neglect to follow up and will have the audacity to lie to you when questioned. Their main goal is to line their pockets with customers' money in any way possible!

      Incompetent bankers. Wasted over an hour of our time only to suggest we either have Chase notarize BoA's own form, or fly across the country for a signature. Corporate assured us the branch was incorrect in how they handled our paperwork request.

      Can't make a deposit into someone's account, no matter how small, no explanation other than "you need to be a BofA customer to make deposits to someone's account" if that was the case I can just do it online duh
