  I used DML for my first mortgage and now used them for my refinance. The team goes way above and beyond through out the entire process. They take you calls and answer all your question.   DML was outstanding to work with. After a not so great experience with a previous broker, our realtor recommended DML and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Dave and his team work 24/7. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had A LOT of questions that they were always quick to answer, in a very nonintimidating way.   If you are interested in buying a home, DML Mortgages is your answer. Huge thank you to James, Lisa, Jen and the entire DML team who stuck with us through a roller coaster ride and got us to the finish line. Our home buying process was one hiccup after another, with no fault on DML, requiring a change of lender, an appraisal dispute, and roughly six months to get to the closing table. They took care of everything when it came to our loan, the lender, the appraisal, and I'm sure much more we weren't even aware of, which made a stressful situation very manageable for us. Throughout the entire process the whole team was always available to answer any and all questions we had through email, text, and phone calls. Complex financial information around the home loan was explained thoroughly which made us very comfortable with the loan we ended up receiving and confident that it was the best option available. Communication around the process, what to expect next, what was expected of us, etc was also very clear and very detailed. Like I said, we ended up hitting a number of issues and every step of the way James and his team were there to explain next steps and expectations. Again, huge thank you to DML Mortgage. We highly recommend DML Mortgage to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

  This was such a pleasant experience. The team at DML was so professional and attentive. James contacted me immediately ( in 5 minutes) and explained the entire Re-fi process which I knew nothing about. He was always following up to make sure we were on the same page. I loved the fact that the entire team helped us step by step and were in sync. Lisa and Jen were great and so accessible. They were really helpful with my home insurance issue and I was impressed that they took care of a lot of the little things, making it easier for us. They answered every call and would send emails whenever there was a change. These folks work very hard because I would get emails late at night just updating me on what was happening. Everything was explained thoroughly and we felt like we were in good hands. The rate was awesome and we are very happy. there is always a lot of paperwork but their electronic process made every move smoothly. I would refer friends and even strangers to DML definitely.
