Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Angelie Bridgelall1I went in with 3 transaction, cashing my cheque, withdrawal and deposit into another a/c.. After waiting for almost 45 minutes the teller (anna) said I can not conduct the third transaction I would have to join the line again ..that was a waste of time for a 2 minutes deposit I still had to join another line to use the ATM to make the deposit. That is not satisfying business at all.

Sharda1Wish i could give no stars .. the girl at the counter is sooo weird every time i take singles she seem like she don’t wanna count my singles i guess it’s toooo much work so she always say the vault is full and she can only take $500 singles … every time this vault full, so if i send someone in after me with $500 more singles u gonna take it right?? So i went today to pay my credit card i was paying $650 in singles on both acct so i had $1300 in singles, tell me why she refused my credit card payment 😂😂😂 i never heard no ludacris like that in my life .. lol I’m paying the bank the money i owe them how in the world ur refusing saying u can only take $500 .. it’s like me going to pay my rent and my landlord refusing his money .. no other bank does this .. only good thing about this bank is the greeter and the agents .. the teller needs to go work somewhere else not the bank…

L. Autumn Hagans1This branch is the absolute worst. The teller had a conversation in Spanish for 4 minutes with someone who just walked up to the counter. She also appeared to have an attitude with me when I asked her why all the other branches were closed today. She stated that “we are in the middle of a pandemic”. I proceeded to ask why her branch was open then. She then gave me the hardest time when I asked for pennies even though I have a business account. If you can avoid visiting this branch, you should.

T. Kuykendall22 stars simply because they're local and the tellers I've had transactions with were friendly and pleasant. However, they are severely understaffed. Which leads to you, as a customer, being underserved. I've never seen more than two tellers inside servicing customers at any given time. And if one has what seems to be a special project for the moment, it's done right there at the window, for all to see, but you will not be called upon by that teller. So in actuality, it's like having one teller while the line gets longer and longer. Whether it's at 9am when they first open, or during your lunch hour on a Friday, plan to wait. And by wait, I mean any where from 20-30 mins on line. At least one late night is needed at this branch as one currently is not available. They need to stay open until 6 or 7pm at least one night a week. 9-4 on weekdays and 9-1 on Saturday's doesn't cut it as you'll find yourself tweaking your schedule to accommodate their hours. From time to time a manager can be seen walking back and forth, but there's never any sense of urgency displayed by either him or the tellers. I'd recommend this branch for ATM usage only.

Alicia Cooper1Helpful, but EXTREMELY slow with servicing customers. I have been here for over 30 minutes and with NO LINE and I have not been assisted. My presence was acknowledged but they need to be trained how to process request in a timely manor . I will definitely be contacting the corporate office.

Ahmed Abbasi1Very long wait times, careless service reps; they arrive to work late by 10-20 minutes. One cashier register working, the other came in late (9:17) and wasn’t serving customers till 9:25. Very poor management.

Violeta “MermaidVi” Good1I contacted this branch as a customer who purchased a Cashiers Check and needed hel0 tracing it. The manager that answered the phone referred me to the ATM Card customer service which wasn't what I needed even after I told her I didn't own an ATM card. So I called the 1-800 customer service # and they told me I needed that branch to place a stop payment, so now I have to go back to this branch. I'm not looking forward to this.

ricardo rios1Definitely awful service. Spanish speaking employee just took an apparent friend as she called him by his name. There's 3 of us waiting before him. not even an acknowledgement of our presence. I guess that "EL QUE NO TIENE PADRINOS NO SE BAUTIZA"

Miguel Salgado198% of the time, the drive through atms are never working. What a waste of a drive to find out you have to go inside and wait a long line to use the ATM.
